WPB family vacation

We had an awesome vacation! The house has a lot of room and character. Our grandson had tons of fun in the pool. The kitchen island is amazing and there are a lot tools to make food.There are issues that need to be addressed. The water does not get hot for a shower and must run a long time to even get Luke warm. The washer and dryer kept having error messages and need to be fixed. Several pieces of furniture need to to be fixed (missing screws), such as the living room stand and outside wicker chairs. The main door not always close correctly without jiggling the handle. The mattress in the front bedroom is caved in. Not all of the lights worked.

What a gem

This property exceeded our expectations in every way, room after room... It was spacious and equipped with anything u could imagine. If you're outdoorsy there are multiple bikes, skateboards to use. Also a huge selection of beach gear and BBQ grills. The kitchen was our favorite fully stocked with every utensil possible for any type of cooking. Like coffee? Every option available: Keurig, espresso, regular coffee maker. The hot tub/dip pool was the perfect size to spend time at night to relax and swim with little kids during the day. The home is in a quiet area and felt pretty safe.

Very room and comfortable

House and property is beautifully and comfortable. Driveway is narrow and no vehicle access past the driveway gate for parking.

Great house!

We stayed here for a week with seven adults and a 22 month old. The house is larger than I thought it was and had plenty of room for all of us. It was very comfortable and spacious.Greatly appreciated the items that were available to us such as beach, chairs, toys, coolers, etc. The kitchen had good utensils and cooking items.The description was accurate in saying it was seven minutes to Palm Beach. We would love to stay here again.

Great Home

We stayed during Hurricane Milton to escape from Clearwater. House is great as advertised. Pool was a bit dirty and inoperative maybe due to the storm and the landscaping out back needs some TLC. Host was very responsive. Would stay here again

Class Reunion

Grew up in West Palm Beach. Flamingo Park was and still is one of my favorite neighborhoods. As a child, I dreamed of staying Flamingo Park Dream and so, I was not disappointed. The proximity to all things West Palm Beach is a plus. The house is HUGE with plenty of room for guest. All amenities were as listed keeping in mind that this is a working properly and so you will have a little more wear and tear. Overall, I love this property and see its full potential. Classic with modern styling commensurate with the era and style of 20’s and 30’s WPB. Five star stay for me and my friends.

Property stay

Owner was responsive until there were issues. Cleaning wasn’t complete upon check in. Cleaner did not clean thoroughly. I am pretty sure the floors were not washed. There were bugs in one of the beds- in between flat sheet and fitted. Dirty underwear in couch, pack of cigarettes on bedside table. A lot of items are broken in the house. The pool jets don’t work, microwave broken, expresso maker broken, air mattresses have holes, fans do not work in upstairs. Owner was told the stay was for 10 adults, this house does not accommodate 10 adults by any means. There is not enough places to sleep for 10 adults. Very disappointing since this was expensive. Not sure I would recommend this house to anyone else.

Work Trip to the Convention Center

Really awesome house that easily accomdates parties needing 3 or 4 bedrooms. Location was perfect, having access to bikes was a huge win. The place has a fully stocked kitchen and cozy furniture with plenty of places to sit including a large island in the kitchen. The downside was that the outside was not clean or tidy and the default temp was set high so the place would get hot unless you were constantly adjusting the temp. The pool was a lot smaller than anticipated, it’s basically a hot tub. But again….awesome place and Eric’s communication was super responsive and professional.

Perfect Bach Getaway

We stayed for a long weekend for my bachelorette and it was perfect!! Wonderful house and trip. We immediately lost the keys and the host was so responsive and accommodating. Just note the double futons are 2 couches that do not pull out, unless we just missed something :)

The property was not handicap accessible and bugs

This is not a handicap friendly property and no shower or bath on the first floor. There were bugs. The property management intruded every day unannounced. Did not provide much privacy and alarmed the family and dogs. This would be acceptable for a spring break crowd but not a family, grandmother, and pets. The pool was not really usable and the grounds were not pet/dog friendly. The front gate did not lock. The dogs could push through to the front yard and street. Was not a highly rated property but was very well located.

West palm stay

We really enjoyed this home. Very nice space inside and out. You get the old historic feel with all the modern upgrades on the inside. Made it totally feel like home away from home. Loved it.

Cute house but managed poorly

Upstairs AC quit halfway through our stay. Master ceiling fan switch didn’t work. All upstairs guests had to endure 80 degree nights. Management company blamed us like four adults in their 40’s & 50’s don’t know how to work an AC. Downstairs bathroom sink and guest shower drains were clogged and water wouldn’t drain. Pool was set on service mode so we had to deal with that as well. All outdoor furniture and cushions were covered in mold & mildew. Dirty cocktail glasses on the counter when we arrived and so many of the lightbulbs were burnt out. Management company was horrible to work with. With a 5 star review and high price, we expected a better experience. We did tip the cleaning crew generously on our way out since they were such a warm and friendly contrast to dealing with the property manager. Cute house with lots of potential if taken care of and managed better.

Great house!

Friend accidentally locked us out and owner was amazing to send over a second set in no time! Maybe a digital lock would work better? Backyard needs some love and could’ve used a fresh clean as there were some dust mites and spiders in the bathroom, but I guess that’s florida? Great location and awesome house! Thanks for the memories!

Memorable stay at Casa del Corazon

Nice sizable property in historic, quiet neighborhood in West Palm Beach. Eric is courteous and he responds promptly to inquiries. We used the property as a launching pad for family excursions throughout Palm Beach county. We even ventured as far south as Hollywood Beach. Tons of restaurants nearby on Clematis street in the downtown area. We went to Delray Beach, Juno Beach, Jupiter, John D. MacArthur Beach, Lake Worth Beach, and Peanut island. If you're looking for a full day of swimming in clean, seaweed free, crystal clear waters in Palm Beach county, I strongly recommend Peanut island.

Casa del Corazon is a totally modern home in an historic 1920's era Med Revival shell in a unique historic neighborhood of restored classic homes from the 1920's and 1930's. It is located just a short walk from the Palm Beach Convention Center, Norton Museum of Art, Palm Beach Atlantic University, Rosemary Square, Clematis Street shopping and dining district. The beaches of Palm Beach are just a 10 minute drive or 15 minute bike ride over the bridge. Within walking distance are microbreweries, restaurants, antiques shops, and live entertainment.
