Fire pit outside and electric fireplace inside. Built to provide privacy and relaxation for our guest. Freshly prepared each visit to enhance your comfort. Dog friendly. Free parking, one security camera at the point-of-entry to courtyard for safety & security. Air conditioning. Office work area w/ printer. Coffee Keurig station.

The second bed is the futon In the family room. It is a full size and the extra pillows and linens are in the bedroom closet. Also, the outside fire pit can be turned on by pushing the ignite button inward and turn to left . Hold ignite button im for 5 seconds at a time
