The house was clean and cute. The bed was very comfortable. The location to the greenbrier trail was great. I had a few messages with Patricia and her responses were very quick.

This trip was all about fishing for our sons (15/11), so this was a perfect central location for us. We hit the Greenbrier River, Knapps Creek, Williams River, Watoga Lake and Scenca Lake this trip. Easy drive to all these places from here. It was also convenient to pick up dinner in town when we arrived back in the evenings. It was very clean, comfortable and cool (we stayed in Aug). We would stay again for sure!

The cottage was perfect for our weekend in Marlinton. Check-in was flawless, the house was immaculately clean, and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well equipped to prepare meals, and the living room was the perfect spot to nap, read or watch movies. Very comfy beds, plenty of hot water and plush towels, and a sweet sideporch to sip coffee while enjoying the glider.

Excellent property

Loved where it was located … could walk to restaurants coffee shops etc , also was very convenient that we only had to pack our clothes and buy some groceries everything else was provided !!! Great stay will definitely rent again for our next visit !!!!

Snowshoe home base

Great place to stay for a weekend at Snowshoe. The property and price were perfect for what we needed.

Perfect for Mom and I with 2 bedrooms. Very clean and cute with cookies and a coffee station. Walked to coffee shop right down the road too for breakfast.

Very cozy, relaxing and very convenient to downtown. A quite neighborhood. Loved all the decor in all the rooms, super cute! I would highly recommend this home for your stay in Marlinton.

Great night on the Greenbrier trail

There was 5 of us biking the trail. This is a great place to stay just few steps off the trail. House has everything you need.

Great location, super clean, quiet and comfortable

We had a wonderful stay in at the Greenbriar Getaway. We found the house to be quite comfortable and was the perfect location for exploring the Pocahontas County parks. After hiking and walking all day, we thoroughly enjoyed being able to get back to the Getaway to crash and recharge for the next day. The house had everything that we needed, the WiFi was great, and the bed was perfect!

My family and I absolutely loved the house. It was so beautifully decorated and comfortable. The small town was very charming, right in the middle of the most stunning landscape. We made wonderful memories here.

Visit to ride Greenbrier River Trail

Fabulous house in Marlinton; easy access to Greenbrier River Trail and walkable to downtown area. Sweet amenities; comfortable beds; relaxing areas in porch to relax and unwind. Highly recommend.

Perfect Location

Family in town for festival. We absolutely loved this little cottage. The in town location could not have been more perfect as we were only a block or 2 from the festival and music venue. Clean, comfortable and cozy with a wonderful shaded side porch. We shall return.
