This little hidden gem located in the Malecón is just a short walk from all the fun, entertainment and great eating on the Malecón. Just 14 individual studios and 1 bedroom units complete with access to community patios to watch incredible sunsets with your favorite bottle of wine. Come enjoy a weekend, or longer for a romantic getaway. This fun spot is right in the mix of the hottest fun spot in Puerto Peñasco.
This is a private vacation residence for the owner. Please respect the property and the neighbors. No Pets. No parties. You may use the upper patios located on the second floor and the patio leading to the third-floor patio above units 205 and 206. The patio above unit 300 is private and is not to be disturbed.
Please no loud music and no smoking on the premises.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

obsessed with the authentic decor, super cute little apartment complex, we would stay again. couldn’t bring our dog because of screw worm restrictions and they refunded us our pet fee no problem. communication was quick and hosts were very friendly and helpful. walking distance from everything, 5-7 min drive from playa hermosa. pharmacy and cute coffee shop right outside of complex which was convenient. highly recommend!

This place was awesome and had everything we needed. The decor is adorable and the AC was amazing to come back to after walking around. I’ve been to PP like a dozen times and this C was literally the best. Also everything is in walking distance! It’s a short drive to the beach (about 8 short minutes to Playa Hermosa). Know that if you’re staying on the Malecon on a weekend, it’s just gonna be noisy. That’s not anything the owner can do anything about and actually we didn’t even find it noisy.The only challenge we had, which was not a deal breaker at all, is that our toddler loves YouTube and the internet ran into some buffering issues when an adult was using it on a phone at the same time! But that was minor and everything was AMAZING. I was telling family that the next time we go, this space is perfect for us all to have privacy, be close to everything, and still have a shared space to eat and hang out upstairs. I hope you will have us back in the future, and I appreciate your space!!

Right on the Malecon

It was a great little place in a great location. However there was no hot water the two days we stayed there. Communication with the host was not great.

Hello Michael, Thank you for your review. Although it is not a good one, I understand. Wendy and I were on vacation these last 2 weeks and rely on staff to be sure every guest is properly cared for. Unfortunately this did not happen in your case. Also unfortunate that the fix was very easy. The valves in that unit's shower are switched. The hot is cold and the cold is hot. I will be having that fixed. Guest communication is one of our top priorities and we strive to answer within 1 hour or less. Again, I apologize this did not happen in your case. 1st. Night was rough. Next door room after 3am was over the top. Music in the room and banging on walls is not okay at this time. 2nd night was a lot better. Neighbors moved out. This room was very nice and clean. Has everything you need. Very close to Malecon pastry and coffee shop next door. We will definitely stay again. Thank you.

Everything was clean and communication with the host was great. Only thing was the wifi is a bit janky. We couldn’t really watch tv because the shows would stop every 3 seconds due to weak wifi. But great location and great vibes
