Stunning 6 bed 3 bath house over 3000sqft Perfect for families or really anyone looking to recharge. Starting out in the most important room the Master Room its inviting colors sucks you in after a long day of exploring where you can kick back and relax in a private warm bath or watch your favorite TV show on the 65” smart TV, don’t worry about closet space this room has a wonderful walk-in. Moving down the hall Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed, bedroom 3 has a bunk bed with full over twin. There’s a main bathroom on main floor. Upstairs family room allows you to enjoy the gas fireplace or any conversation happening in the open concept kitchen/dining room. Fully equipped kitchen has everything you will need to host a family dinner, all cabinets are conveniently labeled for ease of use cooking in a kitchen away from home. Off from the kitchen is the mud room/laundry room enjoy use of both wash towers
Downstairs family room features an 85” brand new smart tv bring your family & friends for football night. Also a great area to play family board games or relax and watch the latest movie. Under the stairs is all the bedding and 2 queen size mattresses for use if needed. Bedroom 4 is the bunk room which features 2 singles, 4 queen beds. Bedroom 5 invites you in with its color and has a queen bed. Bedroom 6 features a queen bed. There is a bathroom in basement. Now to get to the best parts the swim spa. Come home after a long day of hiking, snowmobiling or just family and soak. The Swim spa has its own climate controlled room. Outdoors is a BBQ, yard games and a fully fenced yard Conveniently located about 20 minutes from the airport, 3 miles to shopping, and 6 miles to downtown Idaho Falls.

This house was great! There was plenty of room and a lot for the kids to do, even the teens. The house was well appointed with enough plates, cups, etc. as well as pots and pans for our cooking adventures. We will definitely book this house again in the future!

Outstanding Property!

I can’t say enough good about this one. I brought a team of coworkers to Idaho Falls and we absolutely loved this home. The attention to the small details was impressive (I’ve stayed at many other properties that have scrimped on amenities and provided only the bare minimum). This place had everything and more. Also, the number of games, activities, and other recreational components was impressive. We worked a lot of hours so we didn’t get to use them all, but as with everything else at the home, we were all very impressed. And the communication with Heather was perfect. Always quick and responsive. I highly recommend the place and will likely stay here again if I come back with multiple people needing multiple beds/bedrooms. Outstanding!

Amazing Amenities / Beautiful Home

This Home is beautiful inside and out! Inside the home is beautifully decorated and provided with all of the nice amenities . We had two toddlers and a baby so we accessed the two ports cribs available. We enjoyed the hot tub as well as the sporting games, scrabble on the wall and connect four downstairs; and especially the trampoline. ( the trampoline is an above ground trampoline that is netted; not an ground trampoline as advertised. ) I needed a slow cooker for a meal and wasn’t sure if the property provided one. I reached out to Heather and she quickly responded . Not only does the kitchen have a slow cooker , but it is a fully equipped kitchen to meet cooking needs and even has plates and utensils for kids. The refrigerator contained a few commonly used condiments and paper products ; tin foil were available for use as well. Plenty of towels for various uses. Bathing, hot tub and even black makeup washcloths. Additionally , we used the warm comfy blankets in the closets since we weren’t used to the Idaho cool temperatures. Not pertaining to this home; but the local Ammon Walmart is only 10 minutes away and we did a couple of grocery store pickups from there which made it so easy so we didn’t have to eat out and could cook instead. Heather is quick to respond to questions, concerns or messages . Checkin and Out were very simple to follow . I highly recommend this VRBO and will be saving this for my future stays in Idaho.

Beautiful home, and Heather made a lasting impression

The home itself exceeded my expectations. It was fully stocked with everything we needed. The kitchen came complete with everything we could have possibly needed and more. Each bathroom had shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and even cotton balls and Q-Tips! The beds as well as the bedding were incredibly comfortable and soft. Each room had its own cozy touches which made the house feel very homey. Heather went above and beyond as a host. I booked this house for my kids' birthday weekend (they turned 7 and 12). When we arrived at the house, the first thing we noticed walking in was 6 small nerf guns, 2 dozen Cocoa Bean cupcakes, a birthday balloon, and a card. This small, personal touch was so thoughtful and made a great impression. It really is the small things.. <3 We had a few issues figuring out the heat (possible user error), and also with the lights and fan in the hot tub room (another possible user error) but Heather was quick to respond and help resolve the issue right away. She sent their maintenance man to the house early Saturday morning to help with the lighting/fans and we never had any more issues. I give this house and especially the host a 10/10. Thanks again Heather!!
