Immersed in a small village in the Tuscan countryside only 7 km from Lucca.
Le Macine is a rare find Located in the breathtaking landscape, on the rolling hills of the well-known Compitese
The interiors are complete according to the traditional tuscan style, with a fine kitchen made of stones, orned with wooden antiques as the living room is furnished with very old sofas, chairs, tables and clocks.
At the first floor, there are 3 bedrooms, with large and high windows orned by tuscan red bricks and furnished with the Letti della Nonna or grandma's bed and wardrobe. Two elegant bathrooms are readily available for your use.
Le Macine has a lush large garden, with wood oven, as patio to have dining outside and a stone path on the bank of the small river that made this oilmill working for more than 100 years.
The small stream that runs nearby makes the atmosphere even more magical and sweet for a romantic dinner.
THE AIR CONDITIONING COST and the HEATING COST is in addition to the indicated price - only what is consumed will be paid

You can start your day taste your breakfast comfortably seated on stone chairs and use a table made in mosaic (hand made by my father and my mother) under a magnificent chestnut tree.
Also your lunch or dinner will be pleasant with the sweet sound of the water of the small stream/torrent that passes beside the house.
Your children will be happy to play with the many toys that you will found in the house.
THIS IS A QUIET ZONE - GOOD FOR YOUR RELAX
Near the house you can find many shops like:
600 mt. a restourant and pizzeria also take away - 600 mt. a Post Office -600 mt. a butcher shop where you can buy meat, cheese, salumi and many other things for daily need - 500 mt a bar for breakfast an other butcher and a shop like a small supermarket - 650 mt. an Icecream shop -1 km a SUPERMARKET - near the supermarket there are a restourant with good fish - two banks - a pharmacy - a laundry self service also to dry the chothes -
