It is located just 3.5 miles to Rocky Mountain National Park - Beaver Meadows Entrance and 4 miles to downtown Estes Park. It is close to all restaurants and activities, but also removed from the ‘hustle and bustle’ of town with beautiful, spacious views. It is walking distance to Mary’s Lake where you can fish, picnic, and hike.
The kitchen has beautiful granite counters with an eat at counter, new stainless appliances including a range with gas burners. It is a chef’s dream! It is fully stocked with every amenity that you could need. The dining room table (with leaf) and bar (with bar stools) can comfortably seat 8 people.
The living room is furnished with comfortable chairs and 2 large sofas. (one is a queen sleeper) It has a flat screen Smart TV. Portable air conditioning on upper floors to provide cool comfort during warm summer months – which is rare in Estes Park! The gas fireplace will warm you on cool days or on wintry evenings.
Just steps away is the first of 2 decks with breathtaking views of the. Spend time relaxing, watching wildlife and enjoying the beautiful view.
Upstairs brings you to 2 en-suite bedrooms. Both with queen beds. One is private while the other is open to the loft but has its own balcony. The loft bedroom features a King bed and a unique electric fireplace.
This home is fully stocked with bed linens, towels, extra blankets, soaps and shampoo. The kitchen has pots, pans and dishes plus silverware. A standard coffee maker, toaster, blender, crock pot too. A washer and dryer with laundry pods to use.
Communal outdoor pool opens Memorial weekend through Labor Day weekend. (Depending on weather)
