Fall River Escape is perfect for a couple’s retreat or a solo vacation. This cozy abode is a tastefully decorated one bedroom, one bath Condo in Fawn Valley Inn Complex. It sleeps up to four people with a master bedroom and pullout sleeper sofa. The condo comes with a full kitchen and a private balcony for viewing Fall River. The fireplace and indoor jacuzzi tub allows you to lounge and relax while watching the fire or enjoying your favorite movie. Enjoy Fall River Escape in Estes Park!



The Space:

One bedroom, one bathroom Condo with indoor Jacuzzi that sits right next to Fall River.



Guest Access:

From Fawn Valley Inn parking lot through common hallway to unit. Self-check in. Instructions available via email from PMI Travel before arrival date.

Very nice place. We loved being minutes away from the National Park. One recommendation is to add curtains in the bedroom. It is pretty bright at night.

It was a wonderful stay. Everything was super clean and the owner was very nice and very easy to get ahold of. We showed up late and had trouble finding our way. There wasn’t very clear directions on how to get to the room as well as a email malfunction. But overall it was wonderful. Thank you for the amazing weekend.

Hard to find!

The name of the property is not on any signage and therefore made it difficult to find the location. I had to call the property to get specific directions. If those directions had been sent along with the check-in instructions all would have been perfect. The property was very clean and maintained. The pictures on the outside weren't really "accurate" which also led to the confusion on finding the place.

Nice getaway close to RMNP

Very close to Fall River entrance to RMNP. Comfortable bed and well stocked. If coming in at dark it is helpful to know there are multiple buildings, the building with this apartment is to the left and at the bottom of the driveway. It isn't clear at night those are part of the same property and there is no desk or map to check in with. Other than that issue the stay was lovely and we enjoyed the apartment. The river outside the back porch was very nice and peaceful.
