Just 5 minutes from Bozeman Airport and situated between Bridger Bowl and Big Sky, the Fozzie Family Retreat is the ideal base for all your Montana adventures.

ROOM FOR THE WHOLE CREW:

Bedroom 1 (Primary): Queen bed, en-suite bathroom with dual sinks, walk-in closet, workspace, and a comfy rocking chair—perfect for sipping coffee or soothing a little one while gazing at the Bridger Mountains; Pack n Play available in closet

Living area: Fold-up cot available in closet (best for a child or small adult)

A FEW NOTES:

This is a townhome, so one wall is shared with our adjacent unit.

The garage is currently reserved for host storage and not available for guest use.

Many guests appreciate being just 5 minutes from the Bozeman Airport—but please note that this also means you may hear planes flying overhead from time to time. They do fly relatively low over the area. We previously lived in this home ourselves and didn’t find the noise disruptive, but we do provide earplugs for light sleepers or those sensitive to sound.

I take pride in offering a clean, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared space so you feel truly at home from the moment you arrive. Come settle in, make memories, and enjoy everything the Bozeman area has to offer!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Sarah's place. The pictures don't do the place justice, it's much cuter & cozier in person. It's centrally located to everything we wanted to see. She also thoughtfully had things stocked in the bathroom, including even a natural bug spray. The kitchen is also nicely stocked w/ all utensils needed & a few spices & condiments. We will keep her placed marked to stay in again when we go back to MT.

Sarah and Cody are outstanding hosts. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for our 16 night stay. The house was very comfortable, well stocked, had comfortable beds, centrally located, and within a 15-20 minute drive to Bozeman. Even though the house is close to the airport, the noise was minimal and didn't bother us. We definitely plan to return and stay longer next summer.

Great location

Just a few minutes from airport. Super clean, has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Super quiet neighborhood at night. Enjoyed our stay. Will stay here again when staying in Belgrade/Bozeman.

Wonderful Family Christmas Holiday

Felt like we were home for the holidays. I would recommend this rental completely and plan to stay there again. The hosts are amazing.

Great Place

This property was wonderful it worked out well for my family it had everything we needed. Very comfortable and having a nice backyard was great especially having good weather we were able to be outside enjoying it. I would stay here again.

It was a great place to say. The neighborhood is great and was central to everything we were there to do. It was clean and easy check in and check out. The beds were comfortable. We had no issues.

Central area for Fly Fishing

We had 4 guys on a fly fishing trip and were looking for a centerally located VRBO that would sleep 4 men comfortably. This VRBO checked every box. We have stayed in several VRBO over the years and this one was one of the top as for as well equipped kitchen, cleanliness and amenities provided. The host / property manager was easy to communicate with and prompt responses.

We were very satisfied with the property!

We stayed 3 nights and there were 4 adults and a 9 year old. Very comfortable and clean. We were thrilled to find an iron as we were attending a wedding and of course cloths were a bit wrinkled after packing. Very nice enclosed back yard where we spent most evenings. I highly recommend this property!!

So wonderful! They thought of everything!

We had a short, two night stay in Belgrade on our way to Yellowstone. Our family of five stayed in this duplex and were so thankful for all of the extra things that were available for us to use - foil, ziploc bags, earplugs, toothbrushes. These hosts have gone above and beyond to make sure their guests have everything they need or might have forgotten. Would definitely stay here again if we were ever to be in the area. Thank you!

Home was very clean and comfortable. Sarah was easy to communicate with, and very accommodating to help meet our needs.Sarah mentioned that it’s close to the airport but that they didn’t hear the planes. I agree! When we were outside, we could hear the planes. But inside I couldn’t tell we were close to an airport.Wonderful location; thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This was the perfect home base for exploring the area! Sarah is a wonderfully responsive and friendly host, which we greatly appreciated due to an early arrival and later a short travel delay. Cozy, clean, and comfortable, with great beds, nice bedding, and even a selection of soft to firm pillows to curate your own sleeping experience. Thoughtful details like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and even extras like Q-Tips and individually wrapped toothbrushes. Great towels, and amazing washer/dryer. Really nice kitchen extras like napkins, Ziploc bags, foil, plastic wrap, Tupperware, and refreezeable cooler packs for adventuring which was perfect for the foldable cooler we brought with us in our checked luggage. Enough coffee & sugar to start your week and then you can replenish with a trip to the local Albertsons or WalMart in Bozeman. 10/10!!! We can’t wait to come again.
