Our house is very private, well designed, professionally decorated, and located in The Boulders. If you know The Boulders, you know how unique it is with restaurants, walks, spa, etc. within the property. Drive our golf cart to it all and enjoy. We seldom leave The Boulders, but there are lots of everything within 10 miles. Golf, tennis, hiking, biking, walking, horse shows, spring training, car auctions, gun shows, and on and on. Phyllis and I are both cooks and spend alot of time in the kitchen cooking (I am from Lousiana so gumbo, etouffe, etc.) and Phyllis likes pasta, fish and other gas stove top dishes. We totally remodeled the house with new floors, Hunter Douglas blinds, cabinets, granite, appliances, doors, spa equipment, etc in 2012. We bought this single family home in the Boulders both because of it's Boulder's location on the 11th hole of the South Course and the designer staged furniture, which we included in the purchase, plus all the outdoor things doable in Scottsdale and surroundings. The house is very comfortable with everything to accommodate both relaxing by the fireplace, watching HD TV (4), rejuvenating in the private tiled spa, walking or taking the golf cart throughout The Boulders, playing golf or tennis @ The Boulders , enjoying the Golden Door 5-star spa in The Boulders, etc.
The house itself is 2100 sq ft including the 400 sq ft casita, which is perfect for guests/family for it's separate and private location. HD TV's are in the LR, Master, Casita and Kitchen. The master bedroom is large with a large bathroom including oversize tub and shower. It also opens to the hot tub and deck with wonderful cactus and large mesquite tree.
The house is easy to maintain, particularly with the gardener, pool and pest service to keep things sparkling for your enjoyment. All you need to do is relax and enjoy the things you are interested in. Golf, tennis, pooling, hiking, spring training, Barrett Jackson auto auction, Arabian Horse Show, Cave Creek (western town with bull riding, 2 steppin, etc. 3 miles up the road), rock climbing in The Boulders, sunset views from the 'rock pile', and tons of restaurants of all types within 10 miles. Another way of saying this is, it's a vacation property; that's why we bought it.
Monthly/Weekly rates are included in the rate section. We prefer monthly rentals. We have done longer term rentals of 3-5 months during peak season the last 8 years.
