After a day on the slopes or trails relax in the indoor hot tubs on site. Check the snow report and stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. This unit also provided a washer/dryer, covered parking and shared gas grills. For your convenience, all of our Sawmill Creek condos include access to our on-site operations office for maintenance questions/needs, supplies such as towels, or any other needs during your stay.

The condo was in better shape, in person. We stayed for almost 7 days and had no issues. The master bedroom had a large bunk bed, which was a bonus and not listed in the ad or pictures. Check in/out was seamless. We will definitely be back.

Proximity to Breck's main street and ski lifts makes it a very convenient location, particularly if you're traveling with family and friends and wish to rest from driving & parking hassles.
The apartment is well equipped and in good working order. The kitchen is supplied with the tools you'd need to cook whatever your fancy. The rooms (and bathrooms) are well distributed throughout the place allowing for comfort space for all members of my family group.

No parking as promised!
arrived in Breckenridge at 2 o’clock to check in & the 2 girls At the front desk said the room was not ready and they would call when Ready. We went back at 4 o’clock and I said we have been waiting for a call. One of the girls said your room is guaranteed at 4 o’clock and I said, it is 4 o’clock, she Replied, your room is ready. I was frustrated that I never received a call. One of the girls was very rude when I told them that I received a message from property manager that we could get an extra parking spot. One of the girls said no one ever gets a extra parking spot. The other girl said let me look it up and see if there was any special notes. she didn’t see anything, so I showed Her the message from the property owner. She took a picture of my message and said she would find out who sent it to me. I thanked her for at least checking. We arrived at our resort and there were several parking spots, so no reason why we could not of got an extra one as promised. we stayed four nights and there were several parking Spots Open every Day/night That we were there. Our son had to park several miles away and had to Pay for parking that was not necessary. Plus they had to unload their car to a car which was very inconvenient.
The condo was very cold and the fireplace was not working properly… I reported this to the management when we left… It was making a lot of loud noises and there was no way to turn it up so that we could get heat from it. Overall the place was Okay. Front desk clerks need to work on their customer service skills.

We understand your frustration of seeing empty spaces, but all of the condos in the complex that we manage were filled, leaving those extra spaces for other owners or rental management companies. For future stays, we're happy to help with the fireplace during your stay so you can enjoy that feature!

Very nice condo on top floor, quiet and roomy. Great location on the 4 O’ Clock Run. At least three buses stop right outside condo, maximum wait about 5 minutes. Easy walk to shops and restaurants.

Great condo and location. If you can time the bus, its a quick ride over to the gondola and the 4 o'clock run puts you right at the condo on the way down. Plus its so close to main street. Condo was spacious and the 3 bathrooms were a definitely plus. Would definitely consider this property again on a future trip.

This ski condo is an excellent choice for a long weekend ski trip. There were 6 different beds and plenty of room everyone to enjoy the living room. We were able to walk to the gondola in the morning and ski down the 4 o'clock run at the end of the day right to your condo. Will definitely look into future trips at this location.

We have stayed at Sawmill Creek before, and this condo was the nicest. Location is perfect, value is good, condo is well stocked with necessities. I agree with another review that the couches are uncomfortable. We also had two cars and really could have used another parking spot. The garages were only half full the whole time we were there, but we couldn't secure a second spot. Everything else is so convenient, it was a hassle to not have the second car on site. But, if we return to Breck, we will stay with you again.
