The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, a twin bunk bed, and a large closet for storage. The upstairs restroom has a newly remodeled shower with a large tub, and a skylight providing natural light. Downstairs you'll have a large, open-concept layout, with a newly remodeled kitchen, a dining table that seats 8, a half bathroom, and comfortable living room furniture. The living room has a stream-ready smart TV, a DVD player with a selection of DVDs, as well as books for you to enjoy. There is also a little doggy corner under the staircase with a crate and other pet amenities. Laundry room with full size washer and dryer off the kitchen.

The fenced backyard features a Blackstone Gas Barbecue (propane provided) fountain, plants, and bistro seating, as well as a doggy door for the convenience of you and your furry family-member (guests must pick up after their furry family to avoid additional housekeeping charges).

The owners suggest you use the front patio as an extension of the living room. It has comfortable patio furniture, twinkle lights, a citrus tree, and steps leading down to a propane fire pit with Adirondack chairs. The front patio is the perfect space for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.
