Hillside view with hot tub too

This house is the 2nd home on the property (main home is also STR). Located at the top of a private driveway with a beautiful view of the hills. Fully stocked kitchen with fridg/freezer, dishwasher, oven, 5 burner stove, microwave, ice maker, osmosis system, fully automatic espresso maker. 65” QLED TVs in living room and bedrooms. Patio furniture with covered gazebo, gas BBQ, pellet smoker/BBQ, patio heaters, fire table. Hot tub with gazebo accommodates 6. EV/Tesla charger in garage.

The whole house is yours - kitchen, living room with queen sleeper/sofa, 2 bedrooms (1 CK bed, 1 queen), 2 bathrooms with showers, towel warmers, and bidet toilets; front patio/dining area, enclosed rear yard with hot tub and grass area. Ceiling fans with light fixtures and remotes in bedrooms and living room. Washer and dryer in garage. Beach chairs, boogie boards, beach umbrella, ice chest, and beach wagon. Indoor and outdoor games, ping-pong table. High chair, play-yard/crib, toddler plates/cups/silverware.

You will have exclusive use of the entire property including front and rear yards. Parking for up to 4 cars in front of property and/or in garage. There is a locked housekeeping room and locked cabinets in garage. Laundry facilities and laundry tablets provided. Coffee beans and a variety of teas are provided. Bathrooms equipped with liquid soap, shampoo/conditioner, bath towels, hand and face cloths. Beach towels are provided for hot tub or beach.

We are available by phone or text any time and live about 15 minutes away if you need anything!

3 miles from beaches, including Ocean Dunes vehicle park. Walking distance to The Village, with shopping, restaurants and bars. Scenic biking and hiking trails within a short drive. Monarch Grove butterfly sanctuary, wineries, kayak tours, bike rentals, surfing, Avila Valley Barn petting zoo, farmers markets…. Weather is comfortable outside year-round!

Vehicle recommended other than shopping or dining at The Village.

The main house on the property is also an STR and there may be guests staying there at the time of your visit. The houses are completely separate. There is a Ring camera at front entrance, and multiple security cameras on exterior of home with one in the garage.

This is a perfect home away from home! The hosts were incredible, the home was perfectly planned for out of town guests and the kitchen had anything one would need to feel at home! It is an easy walk into the Village and I can’t wait to come and stay again! Thank you for everything!

My husband, Michael, and I were celebrating our 30th anniversary and couldn’t have chosen a more perfect spot for the celebration. The house was exactly as described and pictured although the photos don’t do it justice. Everything done in the house was top notch. The electric window shades were great. Everything a chef could ever want or need is present in the kitchen. The bathroom was so beautiful and so functional- down to the heated towel racks and toilet seat. Or, should I say, bidet seat. The bidet took a bit of getting used to but now I want one in my own home. The bed was so comfy and the linens so soft. We slept like babies without a care in the world. We loved the outdoor kitchen and BBQd a lot. The terrific outdoor seating areas were fantastic to sit and take in the super views. One seating area even surrounded a fire pit which lit at one touch of a button. The back yard was perfect for our dog, Katie. It’s turf. There’s even a built in garbage can for the poop. The jewel of the back yard is the giant hot tub. It was ready when we were. In our opinion the house was absolutely perfect. We had friendly interactions with the hosts who appeared at the house to take the garbage cans down the hill we were on and out to the street. They reappeared to bring them back up the next day. The hosts were never intrusive and asked permission to do a small project on the grounds. Overall they were invisible. This house has every modern touch you can think of. A

Peaceful and fun house perfect for college visit

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this wonderfully appointed residence while visiting CalPoly SLO. The house feels tucked away, and we enjoyed the vista from from the patio lounge furniture with fire pit and heater for the evenings. We appreciated all the labels and clear instructions in the house. Easy entry. We lacked for nothing. Had fun in the garage with the ping-pong table.

A quiet couple of days after a very busy family weekend

We were in the area for my father's 90th birthday. My sister and I planned his party and had 25 family members attend. We wanted a couple of days to unwind and have some quiet time after a busy weekend and this place was perfect. The owners were kind enough to let us know that the place was available earlier than expected which we really appreciated. My sister is already thinking about returning with her son and his girlfriend.

Hillside fun

This home is wonderful and well stocked with almost everything you need. The location is nice, although its next to a somewhat shabby looking mobile home park, but the view is outstanding and its close to everything

Escape the Heat

The property provided everything we needed and more. Owner put in all of the modern bells and whistles to make your stay easy. Lots of remote features (blinds, fans, lights, etc.) and luxuries (heated towel racks, expresso machine, bidet toilets, etc.). Instructions were very good and clear. View from font patio is wonderful.

House on the hill.

Me and my family stayed here for 5 days. We had the most perfect mini vacation. The house had everything you could want or need. The amenities and surroundings were top notch. The house was super clean and inviting. The hosts John and Julie were friendly, easy to communicate with and eager to make sure our stay was memorable. Mother's Day Get Away

We spent an extended weekend for Mother's day at Hillside. The amenities are beyond what I have see at other VRBO's...the espresso maker, ice machine, luxurious shower and relaxing outdoor space were just a few favorites. It's clean and the hosts are very responsive. We would stay there again!

Here for family wedding

Place had everything we needed for our short stay. Appreciated the abbreviated check out procedures to get us out and on our way. Everything is automated and lots of switches, but we figured it all out. Enjoyed the hot tub at night and the patio fireplace for sitting with morning coffee. Highly recommend.

Tax Day Get-a-way

We loved the area. Arroyo Grande, Ca is a quaint small city on the coast. The weather was perfect including the down pour on Saturday of our stay. The house was spectacular. The home amenities were out of this world. Could can see that John and Julie take pride in providing a home away from for their renters. We will miss the coffee machine, the bidet toilet, and heated towel rack. Thank you John and Julie.

This house has everything and more. The owners have thought of anything you could want, and have it for you. The view from the front of the house was so beautiful and the hot tub was an amazing way to end the day. Definitely recommend!

Perfect rental

This is our second stay over Christmas at the rental. It’s the perfect location that’s walkable to downtown businesses and drivable to all the surrounding towns. We love all the amenities, especially the additional car charger for our Mustang EV. We’ll definitely stay again in the future if we’re up that way!
