Thank you for your feedback. We feel it is important to provide context for future guests reading this review. During your stay, we reached out to make sure everything was going well and whether you needed anything. No concerns regarding the property or its condition were brought to our attention during the seven-night stay. After checkout, however, our longtime cleaning professional found the casita in a condition that required significantly more cleaning than a normal turnover, including heavily soiled dishes that required soaking and extensive pet hair throughout the accommodation. Because the condition went well beyond our standard cleaning, an additional cleaning charge was requested. The guest disputed that charge, and this review was posted immediately afterward. We respect every guest’s right to share their experience, but we believe that timing and context are important for future travelers to understand. We never expect our guests to leave a property spotless—that is what our cleaning team is for. We simply ask that our casitas be treated with reasonable care.
