About this property

Located in the heart of Seattle, our spacious 2 bedroom 2 bath condo has stunning water and city views, including a peek-a-boo view of the Space Needle! Mere minutes from Pike Place, The Space Needle and some of Seattle’s best restaurants, our home is the perfect getaway for families, business travelers and solo adventurers.

Our home has modern furnishings, an HD television in the living room, and a smaller flat screen in both the master and 2nd bedroom- all equipped with Rokus. In this space, you will have 2 brand new king sized beds in the master and second bedroom, and a premium sleeper sofa (it is actually comfortable!) in the living room to add an extra sleeping option when needed. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped to please any cook, and there is a brand new washer/dryer in the condo for your convenience. Tall oversized windows throughout the condo provide plenty of natural light and expansive city and water views. Our home also includes wireless internet and a large electric air conditioning unit.

We have one of the rare homes in downtown Seattle that has 2 full bathrooms and a reserved parking spot in our secure garage!

The building complex has a garden courtyard with fountains, a gym, indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna, spa, large club room and a stunning roof-top deck with barbecues. There is also a secure garage parking for one car that is included in your reservation.

A great getaway in Seattle

We couldn’t have asked for a better location while visiting. The condominium was very clean and just like the pictures.

Great Location

The property checked all the boxes…location, clean and safe. We were able to get to all our desired destinations within a short time, whether it was a sporting event, a walk on the water, or a great restaurant. Perfectly located near the freeway and all the attractions Seattle has to offer. The only issue was the apartment did get stuffy. During the day you could leave the window open but needed to be shut at night due to normal city noise. The unit provided fans which helped, but took up space in an already tight area. My recommendation would be to install ceiling fans in the bedrooms and the great room. This would alleviate the issue in a big way and provide guests with a much more comfortable experience. Other than that, the unit satisfied all of our needs and we really enjoyed our time in Seattle.

Great rental

Great location - easy to walk to shops and restaurants. (Chihuly Garden and Glass is amazing if you like glass art!) It is noisy but I believe anyplace you would stay in this area would be - lots of outdoor noise like sirens, traffic, loud people and such. The owners are kind to include some foam ear plugs if you need them. Building is secure and nicely maintained. Condo is nicely appointed. Owner easy to communicate with. A very nice stay for the four of us. Thanks Ashley!

Great location

Great location! We had a blast and could walk to many attractions or grab a bike/scooter. The accommodations were clean and spacious. It was a bit warm in Seattle and one of the bedrooms didn’t have the mini air conditioners but we survived.
