Bring the whole family to this spacious recently remodeled house located in affluent Magnolia.

You will find the master suite on the third floor with its own large deck and sweeping views to enjoy your morning coffee or soak in the hot tub after a long day exploring the city.

The open kitchen on the second floor flows into the dining area, living room, and a deck with a grill.

Two additional bedrooms plus a separate office / den and a full bathroom on the first floor.

We had a very nice stay at this VRBO. The house was very well appointed, clean and in a quiet neighborhood. The welcome flowers were awesome! Please realize that this is a 3 level home so there are quite a few steps. This was no problem for us, but the elderly or those with small children will want to be aware of this. Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend.

Very happy!

We loved our stay at this property. It was exactly as described in the listing and had everything we needed. Beautiful location near a local park and the outside living areas on floors 2&3 were so nice to have during the summer evenings. Beautiful view from the 3rd floor balcony of Seattle and we were able to see some 4th of July fireworks shows! Hot tub was well maintained and easy to use. Would definitely stay here again!

Trip to Seattle/Magnolia

My friends and I had a great time. Christina and Sergey were excellent hosts. Everything worked out very well. The property is in a perfect location. There’s an incredible view of Mt. Rainier on clear days from the top floor. I highly recommend staying there!

Nice house in a great neighborhood

Our family of three - wife, me, son - and our dog stayed three nights here while visiting family in Seattle. Would definitely stay here again. The neighborhood is great: very hilly, so great for dog walks, with lots of beautiful vegetations and cool little pockets of restaurants and shops about 5-6 blocks in either direction. Especially liked the restaurants and shops over on 32nd, which are an easy walk over the hill and down the other side. House was comfortable and spacious. There are two bedrooms downstairs, and a master bedroom on the third floor, with the living / dining area in the middle, so if you're travelling between the two sleeping areas it can be a lotta steps (if that's a concern, which it wasn't for us). Check-in and communication with the owner was very easy before and throughout the stay.

Great Location/Ready for the Holiday

We came out to spend the holiday with our family living in Seattle. We had all the amenities for holiday cooking and it was a great location for day trips! The host was quick answering all our questions!

Excellent property to stay with family

We celebrated the Thanksgiving holiday in Seattle with adult children and spouses. Perfect location, view and house floor plan. Perfect area for long walks. The main level is perfect and the master gorgeous.
