Welcome to River’s Bend on the Ottertail River.

This 4 bedroom home is situated in the perfect location between Rush Lake and Ottertail Lake with easy access just off of HWY 78 between Perham and Ottertail. A large flat yard facing the water offers a perfect spot for yard games, lounging, or a bonfire.

Upon entering the home, you’ll walk through the garage into a large mudroom, and then into the kitchen. You’ll be greeted by large windows overlooking the river and a paved patio, complete with a propane grill and fire pit. On the main level is the primary bedroom with a king bed, living room, dining room, bathroom, and kitchen. Upstairs you’ll find the loft that has 2 queens and one full size beds and an additional queen mattress. There is ample room in the loft for additional sleeping and living space. Pets are allowed with a pet fee and leashed outdoors.

There is not a swimming beach on this property, but directly across the river, less than 100 feet away, is a beautiful sand bar and beach that offers private swimming and lounging for you to enjoy. There is a very slow current running through this area that makes way for beautiful and clean water, and a nice gradual speed to get all the way to Ottertail Lake.

The home comes fully stocked with all the essentials and supplies needed to accommodate 8 guests including plates, glassware, silverware, bedding, towels, paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, and hand soap.
