The Space:
At Good Life Vacation Rental Resort, book up to 34 bedrooms and over 100 beds, perfect for corporate events, retreats, weddings, church groups, and family reunions.
Our Beach Boardwalk Lobby, named #1 Outdoor Event Space in America for 2024 by Peerspace Events, features a TV, fridge, BBQ, and sink, available for shared use from 8 AM to 10 PM with quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM.
For private events, add it to your reservation. The beach may not be available for shared use during private events.
Pricing:
- October to January: $30/night/guest (weekdays), $50/night/guest (weekends)
- February to September: $40/night/guest (weekdays), $120/night/guest (weekends)
If you’d like to extend your booking beyond the minimum 5 hours, there will be an additional cost of $95 for each extra hour.

The Neighborhood:
Just 2 exits from downtown, our vacation rental is set in a lively commercial area. With 40,000 square feet and 10 vacation rentals with no direct neighbors, you and your friends can enjoy a private, fun-filled getaway. Although it's a low-income neighborhood, we've proudly hosted over 1,000 groups since 2016 with no problems. You can easily find us next to the local corner store at 3209 Market Street, San Diego, CA 92102. We can’t wait to welcome you!
Getting Around:
We have gated parking for up to 10 cars or vans, plus plenty of free street parking available.
Other Things to Note:
Have a fantastic time and enjoy your stay! By confirming your booking, you agree to our cancellation policy, with refunds only available under AirBnB’s extenuating circumstances policy. Any damages or missing items will be deducted from your security deposit.
Pets are welcome with a $40 cleaning fee, but please bring only friendly pets and keep them on a leash in common areas. Also, smoking indoors is not allowed, and a cleaning charge of up to $450 will apply if needed.
Make sure all drinking guests are 21+, and that adults over 18 confirm and attend the reservation. We can’t accept bookings made by adults on behalf of minors. For security, we have a recording camera at the exterior front gate and porch, which also helps with contactless check-in.
We have an alcohol license, so please provide a valid driver’s license and credit card for all alcohol purchases—no cash sales are accepted. Before you arrive, just send us proof of insurance ($120) and a signed waiver to ensure everything goes smoothly.
Interaction with Guests:
At Good Life Resorts, our site manager will personally welcome you, and our team is available 24/7 via text and phone for any questions. Enjoy the privacy of your rental, with minimal contact with other guests—just like in a hotel. Each rental also has its own unique access code for your peace of mind.
