Oasis - Private home, sleeps 10, near ATL airport

This NEWLY renovated 4/2 is in a quiet neighborhood and has keyless entry, all kitchen appliances, washer/dryer, and office spaces with FAST WIFI. Each bedroom has a TV, & the master has an en suite spa tub, shower and walk-in closet. Close to all major Atlanta attractions and safe (police precinct nearby). It's 7 mins to Cascade Nature Reserve (great hiking and waterfall), 10 mins to the airport/Benz stadium/Porsche Center, 15 mins to Downtown & 25 mins to Braves Stadium. Pets OK with approval.

Our home is located in the Venetian Hills community in an up and coming neighborhood undergoing many improvements.

There are 4 bedrooms and they are equipped with their own noise/sound machine.
- King Bedroom (Master) with 50" TV, walk-in closet, chest of drawers, and en suite bathroom with a spa soaker tub, separate shower, double sinks, and vanity mirror.
- Queen Bedroom with 50" TV and closet.
- Twin Bedroom (2 beds) with 50" TV and desk/chair.
- Full-size futon bedroom with office desk/chair, and 50" TV.

Additional spaces include:
- Living Room with Queen sofa bed, love seat, and 55" TV.
- Kitchen/ dining room with all full -size amenities and seats 10.
- A second full size renovated bathroom with a shower.
- Large pantry/laundry room with full-size washer and dryer.
- Huge deck and backyard.
- Large front yard.

Access to the entire home is granted with keyless entry and security alarm code that changes per stay. There are cameras on site - doorbell camera, and 2 exterior cameras for your safety and monitoring.

We may consider hosting a furry member of your family (dogs only). PLEASE INQUIRE FIRST. We do have restrictions and would like to know a little about your dog before approving it. There will be a non-refundable pet fee of $69 (conditional upon approval)

ALL children specific items (travel crib, changing table, eating utensils, chair etc) is available upon request only and may involve a fee. Please inquire before checking-in.

Parking is provided in our private driveway for 2-3 vehicles depending on size, and free street parking.

Cleaning is done before each stay with freshly laundering all linens/towels, and disinfecting each space. We take your health and safety very seriously.
