Welcome to our Tree home in Flagstaff! This newly constructed home is ready to host luckily travelers like you! Located on the East side of Flagstaff with close access to Mount Elden Hiking trails, Cinder Pits, and scenic areas of the San Francisco Peaks! The home location is not far from highly sought-after locations and still backs up to national forest land! A 5 min drive to restaurants, grocery stores, movie theater and Flagstaff's Shopping Mall! Your next great memories waits here!

-Master Bedroom (King Bed) w/ master bathroom with walk-in shower, Walk-in closet, and a lock-off toilet room.

Second Level (Upstairs):

- Guest bedroom (King Bed) w/ Private balcony over the front of the home

-2nd Master Bedroom (Queen Bed) w/ full private bathroom with bath tub/shower combo, closet, and work desk.

-Gest bedroom (Full Bed & Bunk bed: Twin over Full)

Guests have access to the entire home

*There is an additional fee for having pets. Please make sure your pets are included in the reservation and the fee will automatically be applied to your stay.*

*For all stays 10 nights or longer, the cleaning fee will be double the regular amount for a deep clean after guest departure.*

*If there is an amenity that is out- of -order that is advertised in the Home’s listing, that is not available to you due to unforeseen circumstances. A 10% reimbursement of the base rate will be offered as compensation*

*Late departure fine is $35 per every 15 minutes.
-No Smoking: Evidence of smoking will carry a fine of $500.00
-$25.00 for not departing the home at the designated time of departure. $35.00 for each additional hour after the first hour.
-Please shower before using the hot tub. There will be a $100 fine if hot tub is found dirty.
-Items left at home wanted to be shipped back to owner: Cost of shipping +$50.00 flat fee
-No Parties: We have a strict "No-party policy". Fine of $500.00 and guests will be asked to depart from the home immediately.
-Pet policy: Pets are allowed with an additional fee (NO CATS) our policy is "all 4 on the floor" this means that pets must stay off of all furniture including beds and couches. Evidence of pets on beds or couches will result in additional cleaning fees. Please make sure your pet is included in your reservation and the fee with automatically be applied to your stay.

We stayed here for Christmas this year and it was the perfect stay! Very clean, spacious, and quiet. Plenty of beds, bathrooms, and the host even set up a Christmas tree for us. The location to downtown was quick and easy, and the views of the mountains from the backyard from the hot tub were perfect. Great value all in all! Will definitely be back.

The house was clean and in good condition, some of the amenities could definitely use some updating. We were a group of 8 and there weren’t even enough wash cloths for each person to take a shower without having to do laundry. Some of the washcloths also had holes in them. The can opener is completely broken so we had to purchase one to open our canned beans to go with dinner. The hand soap dispensers were meant for foam soap but had liquid soap in them so they did not work. Our spatula looks like it had been melted by previous guests and needs to be replaced. Additionally some of the beds only had comforters on them and did not have a sheet. Some simple updates would make this more of a home away from home.

Mason was wonderful and extremely accommodating during our stay! The home was very clean, cozy and convenient with plenty of space. The jacuzzi was super nice as October weather rolls in, too!The beds were pretty firm, and they all had very thick mattress protectors which made them sleep hot. The king room upstairs with the balcony would benefit from a larger curtain to cover the entire door for better light reduction & privacy. The house was in a quiet location and super easy to get to during our stay. Great spot for families to settle during their stay for sure!

Fantastic location.

The house was in the perfect location. Close to great restaurants and right on Historic Route 66. It was the perfect place for our stop in Flagstaff. Would definitely stay here again!

The location was excellent for our National Park-focused time in Flagstaff. The house is well-appointed overall. The big downsides were the mattresses on the adult-sized beds. They are quite hard, particularly for our middle-aged backs.

Good, Not Great

Things to know: Upstairs gets pretty warm like any house that has thermostat downstairs. Took some playing around with the thermostat for comfort. The bedroom layout is a little odd with what would seem like the upstairs master (room with the king size bed and the balcony) not having a private bathroom. However, the secondary bedroom upstairs (Queen size bed) has the private bathroom. Not a major issue but just odd. Downstairs master (where the grandparents stayed) was large and pretty amazing. The hot tub area needs some work. It is located on the back patio with zero privacy. So, if you don't like all the neighbors seeing you in your bathing suit, this is not the hot tub for you. A privacy fence on the patio would do wonders!!That being said, the home is in good condition, in a quiet neighborhood, and had everything we needed for our stay. The drive from Sedona to Flagstaff is amazing!! All around nice location for our plans. We visited Grand Canyon, Antelope Canyon, Horseshoe Bend, etc.
