We had a great stay at this property! The location was excellent and made it easy to get everywhere we wanted to go. The home was very clean, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals. The towels and sheets provided were of great quality and made our stay even more comfortable. The property management team was very responsive and easy to communicate with whenever we had questions. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Everything about this listing is accurate. The only reason I gave 4 out of 5 stars is because of the temperature of the house. In their defense it was a heat index near 100. The owner provided multiple fans, unfortunately the fans just blew warm air around. I wish I had that information from other reviews prior to booking. Reading through the ‘guest book’ the temperature was mentioned multiple times. The owners are very kind and quick with communication. I would book this house again, just not in the warmer months.

Great house! Hosts were very quick and responsive to address a couple of minor items (turn up heat and fix hot water). Less than 10 min uber ride to downtown Indy and Lucas Oil stadium. Street parking only but easy to find spots and felt safe.

Great find!

We were in town for the DCI Championship! We found this by luck-and every detail was there! Plenty of room for the boys to play and hangout. Very responsive through the app for any questions during and after the stay! We even got a response at 11pm the first night! So thankful for our gracious hosts! Walking distance to Lucas Oil Stadiom!

Nice house in a good location

We rented this house for a family get together over the holidays. The house was in a good location, close to downtown. The 3 bedrooms were a good size. The kitchen was a large and left us plenty of room for cooking and socializing. The backyard was fully fenced, which was nice, as we had a dog. There were a few parts of the house with some wear and tear, but nothing that couldn’t be fixed easily by the owners. It would have been nice to have a few more chairs- the listing says it sleeps 11, but there wasn’t seating for 10 in the kitchen/dining or the living room. Otherwise, we had a great stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property or the host.

Disliked: Communication
Overall, I had a great stay at this property. The home was clean, comfortable, and matched the listing well. Once I checked in, I didn’t experience any major issues and enjoyed my time there. That said, communication could be improved. When I reached out to the hosts, it took several hours to receive a response, which was a bit frustrating given the situation. It’s also worth noting that the property is currently up for sale, so there were multiple instances of people coming by to take photos. This didn’t bother me too much, but it did become a concern when I noticed an open house sign during my stay.I contacted the hosts right away about the open house, and although it took some time to hear back, they did confirm it was canceled. However, a few people still showed up, likely due to the earlier scheduling, and I had to turn them away myself.Overall, still a positive experience, but clearer communication and better coordination around showings would make future stays even better.
