It has potential, but needs some work

We had a good overall stay, but the property is still in a rather rough state from its previous life. It is a nice neighborhood located close to Kierland Commons. The house has nice design touches and a good layout. The ping pong table was enjoyable as well as the pool. The main room was also comfortable. But the overall house is much rougher than we expected in comparison to the pictures. It needs some new appliances (dishwasher on its last days, refrigerator had a minor leak). The house could use paint/trim/tile work. Bathrooms were functional, but tile/drains need work. It’s missing a few amenities (hair dryer, sharp knife, a couple more spoons), but I think the host will address that. Some spots needed just a good cleaning - like vents and the pool. It is close to the airport, so at times, the keys taking off were blocked out our conversations (overall minor). The host was very quick to respond.
