The space
Every detail of this home was designed for comfort, convenience, and fun. The open concept layout includes a spacious, fully stocked kitchen, custom dry bar, and great room with a large sectional and big-screen TV—perfect for family movie nights or watching the big game.

The split floor plan offers privacy with a master suite on one side of the home. The master bath is luxurious and fully stocked with toiletries. Bedrooms are spacious and tastefully furnished, providing a serene retreat for all guests.

Step outside to the backyard and discover your personal desert paradise:

The house and yard are beautiful and we enjoyed the open layout. The waterfall and slide we so fun! Patio was covered with tiny red ants and pool was full of little styrofoam balls for some reason. However, we still had a great stay and loved the home.

32nd Annual Girls Trip

My dear girlfriends spent our 32nd annual Girls Trip here and there was plenty of room for everyone. The pool was an added plus and the location wasn’t too far from anywhere we wanted to go.

Spring Training Getaway

This house was a fantastic fit for our two families, including little ones and Grandma. The heated pool with a slide was a highlight, worth the extra charge for sure. The outdoor space and family BBQ time were delightful. The house is well-equipped and conveniently located near stores and Costco. Highly recommended for a family getaway!

Great Get-a-Way House

Pool was absolute highlight of our stay. House was clean and in location convenient to hiking and good dining. Grand Canyon was just a 3.5hr drive so we made a day excursion. Loved that we could enjoy family time together but home spacious enough to offer privacy / quiet time. Only very small negatives were broken screen door for patio and when we went to take trash out before leaving at the end of our stay, the trash cans were overflowing from previous guests.

Amazing Property

This VRBO was for an all girls trip. We are all adults but children at heart so the slide was so perfect for our pool day in! Bart was SO helpful and answered promptly when we had small questions. I would definitely recommend this for anyone planning a Scottsdale trip! It’s close to so many different adventures! We went to Old Town, putt putt shack and Pinnacle Peak. The distance wasn’t too far from anything!

Good House, Great Time!

Came to Scottsdale for a golf trip with the boys and this house did not disappoint. 4 bedrooms was key for us. The living space was ample and the outdoor space was very good as well. I'm not real familiar with Scottsdale/Phoenix geography, but this house seemed like it was 11 minutes from everywhere we needed to go, so not bad at all! Great value too. 10/10 would come back to this one.

The property had a great setup, however it really needs some upkeep. There wasn’t a screen door for the sliding glass door, so we couldn’t keep the door open. Wished they had a working vacuum. The ac worked awesome and the WiFi was great. Liked the location. Could’ve used more utensils.

Lovely house

The house is really nice and it would be great for a party. The layout is fantastic. We arrived after midnight and there was an issue with the keypad that took 40 minutes to resolve, which wouldn’t be awful if we didn’t come in from the east coast and traveled all day. The pool is listed at heated but that is extra and while we were here it never heated past 69 degrees. My kids loved the backyard.

Family Trip

This is a great place to stay with family. It’s conveniently located in Scottsdale. Walking distance to a park and having a private pool is a great bonus. Rooms can get super dark which is great for blocking out light. Having a washer and dryer was a life saver! Some areas that have room for improvement would be to have maybe a backyard game like cornhole, or something to play in the beautiful weather. The water heater wasn’t big enough to handle multiple showers which was a bummer when you’re trying to shower after pool time. The house is properly equipped with towels and even toys for the kiddos.

Pool slide gives road rash

We booked this home so excited for the pool slide. It is unfinished rough concrete and not usable. It rips your bathing suit and cuts your skin. We had very disappointed kids. We also were stuck outside for an hour upon check in due to a dead smart lock and unresponsive property management company. The house was 80+ degrees when we arrived and the side of the house with 3 bedrooms does not properly cool down. We were also left with no dishwasher soap which the company fixed late in day 2 with several contacts to remedy. There is a terrible ant problem on the back patio. They provide 2 dish towels for the entire kitchen. Plastic 100% polyester sheets make for very bad sleep. Very hot! They have undisclosed security camera in the front of the house. The location is on a busy road and the car noise is pretty loud. There is a house behind the home that looks directly into the backyard and pool. Overall we would not recommend this property.

Spring Break

My family traveled from Pittsburgh, PA to stay for a week for a spring break trip. We wanted a home to rent to fit the needs of our 14 year old, 9 year old and 1 year old. The home was perfect! It has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a large living room area and kitchen and a beautiful outdoor space. The pool is amazing and we utilized it each day. There is a grill and outdoor seating for meals. It’s private and quiet, we couldn’t have asked for a better home or location. We plan to visit Arizona each year and will rent this home again.

Nice place to stay

We've stayed at several VRBO's over the past 10+ years. It's always nice when we arrive that we don't have to clean. The house was very clean, which allowed us to jump right into enjoying our vacation. Location is ideal and most of the activities we did were within a 10/15-minute drive. The back yard is big with plenty of room to toss a football around and the pool was a perfect size for our family of 4. The waterfall and slide worked well and nice features to have and enjoy. Kitchen is we'll stocked with plenty of dishes and pots/pans for cooking. It was a pleasant stay and all of us were very comfortable at the house.

Perfect!

We loved our stay at this property! House was extremely clean. Didn’t lack for anything. Lots of space & seating - both indoors and out. Plenty of paper towels, toilet paper, kitchen supplies. Even a wine fridge. Outdoors was equally clean and well kept. Clean grill with gas, lots of seating options. The pool was amazing! We paid to have it heated and the kids swam the entire time despite 60 degree outdoor temps. Quiet neighborhood and comfortable beds made for excellent sleep. Great location with easy freeway access to get around quickly. Garage available for parking. Would definitely stay here again!
