Great house and neighborhood

The house was clean, well maintained and in a great, quiet neighborhood. The porch swing was our favorite part and the pool was fun. Highly recommend.

Excellent experience

This is the perfect beach vacation property for a family. The home was vey clean and extremely well stocked. We have rented numerous vacation properties….this was by far the best.

Location is great!

Property looks gorgeous and modern in person! Very spacious. The pictures don’t do it justice. Close walk to the beach away from the crowded pier area which we enjoyed. It was nice to have two of the bedrooms separate from the other two in case others wanted to stay up later. On your day of check in, once home is ready you will get an email with instructions to check in which may be closer to check in time so don’t panic like I did. I would recommend for the ladies to bring conditioner as this is not provided and your hair will certainly need it after being in the beach or pool. Property has instant coffee and keurig machine. We had a car so that was easy for us to go buy keurig cups to use. Also, has a wagon with chairs for the beach. Overall great home. This may be our new place to stay at in Clearwater.

Nice home in a quiet neighborhood

We enjoyed our stay at the splendor house. Having the split floor plan worked nicely for our 3 families. The walk to the beach was about a 5-10 min walk which wasn’t bad. Just wish we would have had a little better weather while we were there! 😉 The kids loved the pool! A nice shallow end for the little ones and the deep end for the older children. Overall, it was a nice stay!

Clean, wonderful location, relaxing!

This is our second time staying at this house and loved it! There is plenty of room and just lovely! All the kitchen items you need are there. All the beach items you need are there! I enjoy the fact that you are in a quit area but within minutes of all the action. I look forward to making more memories at this Vacation home!

Great for a girls get together

We had a large group of girls for a college reunion. The house was the perfect layout for us and had all of the amenities we needed. The pool was a major bonus after a hot day on the beach. The owner was very responsive and helpful.

Great place for the family

My family and I stayed at Clearwater Beach Splendor over Memorial Day weekend. We loved that the house was so close to the beach, just a short 5 minute walk. We were also just a short 2 minute walk from a channel where we were able to see the sunrise one morning. The house was large enough for 10 adults and one toddler. The pool as well was awesome to have to enjoy when the gulf was too rough. I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone! Great Location and great house!

Girls weekend in Clearwater Beach! We loved this place!!

11 of us came in from all over to enjoy our annual reunion! What a perfect spot! The house was amazing, clean and beautifully decorated! Everything we needed! We used the trolley to get around town! Yay, no one had to be the designated driver..... we would highly recommend this gem!

Family of 11 were very comfortable

Our family of 11 were comfortable and enjoyed our stay. Heated pool was great for keeping the kids content while we cooked etc. There were a few housekeeping concerns we encountered. The track for the sliding glass doors were full of black dirt and mold, the return air vent in the ceiling in the dining room was full of dust and filth. We do have pictures if you need them. Since we had to leave the house at 8 am to reach our flight in time, the expectation of washing all linens, towels and dishes felt wrong. Since a $150 housekeeping fee was paid, we feel that was asking too much. We left the home as requested, but do feel this should be reconsidered. Knowing that the owners live in WI, we felt we should share these concerns. Overall, we had a wonderful visit and would recommend it to friends

Fantastic vacation spot

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your home. It was comfortable, spacious, close to the beach and the town. We used it for a family reunion and it couldn’t of been a better space. The pool is fantastic too! We hope to return sometime in the future.

What Living on the Beach Should Be!

This home was perfect in so many ways - location - pool & beach - well kept - decorated nicely - wonderful neighborhood with fabulous homes/fun to see these huge homes - great places to eat nearby including the best restaurant on Clearwater Beach. Wonderful rental office staff who were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable (the best we have ever had) - shady backyard pool which was very well designed - porch swing for reading the morning paper - we felt safe and secure. We have rented in several states now, and this one was the closest to our location and it was the best. We will return! Thank you, Belloise Realty

Great location!

The house was in a great location for going to the beach and fishing from the bay, in a residential area away from the busy pier but not so far away that you can't enjoy the downtown happenings of Clearwater Beach. The house worked perfectly for our family of 12 and having the pool was fantastic.

Great property & location!

We had a great time! The pool is a great size (you can't always tell from the pictures) and the entire family had a great time. The house is a great size too and has everything you need. Location to the beach was great and having the wagon there so we could load it up and pull it, with the kids riding, was perfect.

Family Vacation 2017

We came down for a family vacation in February 2017, my enitire family of 7 had a great time. The house is set up perfectly for our 3 families, one bathroom for each of us, with plenty of room and beds for everyone. The beach was only 8 houses down the road and the pool was great for all the time we spent at the house. Would recommend this house to anyone who wanted to spend time in the beautiful area of Florida.

Perfect house , completely shaded pool

House was perfect. Big yard on cul de sac to play frisbee catch etc.....everything worked without a hiccup, but no sun except a 4 foot patch all day. Great for little ones because one side very shallow so even a baby could play. I missed spending a week in fl. And not laying out in the sun at all. Beach too windy and chilly. Pool was very well heated, but REALLY missed that sun!!!!!
