The condo does not allow pets, the infinity pool is for Adults 18+, the basic WIFI is free, it is Non-smoking, Parties are not allowed, the use of a mandatory bracelet is charged for not delivering it on departure, the key is charged for not delivering it on departure.

The building has Elevator, Roof top on the 4th level with infinity pool exclusively for adults (over 18 years old), family pool on the ground floor, sun loungers, as well as sun loungers and access for disabled people in the pool area.

Great location steps from the beach as well as restaurants and bars for any time of the day, plus it's only one and a half blocks from the famous 5th. Avenida de Playa del Carmen.

Other things to note
Energy consumption (KwH) is included in stays of 3 to 14 nights, stays of 15 nights or more do not include energy consumption, electricity consumption will be charged in your name during your stay as indicated by the State Energy Provider (CFE).

Cleaning is every 3rd day in short stays (3-14 nights). For stays of 15 nights or longer, it is weekly cleaning. Dishwashing is included in the check-out cleaning. A change of sheets and towels, or extra towels and sheets have an additional charge.
