Situated in the heart of Scotland's National Book Town, the property is a converted former Smiddy. Local amenities are within close proximity and the bedroom and living room offer fantastic views across the Solway Firth to the Galloway Hills.
The flat is on two levels with a large open-plan living area (kitchen and living room), and a small bathroom on the first floor, and a spacious and bright double bedroom on the second floor.

The flat has plain, clean decor and guests will be provided with bed linen, towels, dish towels etc. Efficient electric heating makes the flat cosy. WiFi available. Flat equipped with games and puzzles.

Guests have exclusive access to the whole flat: 1 bedroom, bathroom with shower, open plan living room and kitchen area. The stairwell is shared with the flat next door.
