It was a haul up the stairs, but it was a nice place and the downtown location is excellent. I would recommend this place for a younger person due to all the steep stairs.

Excellent stay for our week in Colorado Springs! Having the complete flat was perfect for our family. I didn't realize there was another apartment in the building but it wasn't a problem at all. Jennifer was great at communicating and the location was terrific. Would stay here again!

Home was beautiful! We loved the little squeaks the floors made. It added to the old home charm. Snacks in the kitchen were a hit with the kids. Would definitely rent again if we’re in the area! Communication with host was quick & easy, they’re very responsive & accommodating! We got into town earlier than expected & they were able to let us check in early which was great!
