Visit Sedona in our brand new, two bedroom downstairs suite with private hot tub! Sip coffee to the red rock mountains and sunrise, relax and unwind in the hot tub under the stars, kick back on our luxurious sofas with our 55-inch 4K TV, or snuggle up with our plush comforters and pillows in our cozy, cool bedrooms. We’d be delighted to host you!

—Hot Tub—
Private hot tub for your stay! Lay back and enjoy the Sedona outdoors as you relax and unwind in the bubbling spa, located in the private, fenced patio with chairs and soft bistro lights for perfect Sedona evenings.

—Neighborhood—
We are tucked into a quiet, residential West Sedona neighborhood with a beautiful view of the Sedona landscape of lush greenery and red rocks. Gaze at Coffee Pot Rock from the patio and backyard, and hike the Sugarloaf Trailhead just next to our home. Just under a mile from groceries, coffee, restaurants, and shopping in West Sedona, and a 10 minute drive to Sedona Main Street.

We have a fully stocked kitchen including:
•Drip coffee maker with coffee grounds, tea, sweeteners, and creamers
•French Door refrigerator
•Oven with electric stovetop
•Microwave
•Sink and disposal
•Dishwasher
•Any kind of cookware or dishware you will need!
Other kitchen necessities include griddle, blender, hand mixer, toaster, a high chair, and eating essentials for children.

•Main Bedroom - King bed, mounted TV, mirrored closet with hangers, ceiling fan, blinds, black-out curtains
•Second Bedroom - Queen bed and bunk bed with two twin beds, mirrored closet with hangers, ceiling fan, blinds, black-out curtains

Fresh sheets and plenty of soft pillows and duvets will be available!

—TV and Internet—
55-inch 4K Smart TV with access to Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, and any other apps you’d like with high-speed WiFi with download speeds up to 150 mbps! Additional private TV in the main bedroom.

—Bathroom—
The bathroom has an extra large tiled shower and tub combo with large rain shower head, and dual sink vanity. Plenty of fluffy and soft towels are available!

—Patio and Backyard—
•Private, shaded, and fenced patio for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors of Sedona with private hot tub, table and chairs, BBQ grill, and soft bistro lights for evening leisure.
•Backyard is the only shared amenity with the upstairs unit that has a beautifully green artificial lawn for playing, relaxing, and hanging out complete with tables and chairs.

—Laundry—
Washer and dryer available at all times with all laundry necessities.

—Additional—
This is the downstairs unit of our vacation home, as our home has been split into separate upstairs and downstairs units. We have quiet hours from 9:00pm - 7:00am to ensure the best stay for both units, and have heavily insulated the floor in between the units for maximum sound proofing.

As this is our personal vacation home that we love and treasure, the quality and cleanliness of our home is absolute top priority, as we do all we can to ensure guests have the best and most relaxing stays in one of our favorite places to be.

Upstairs wasn’t too loud but you could hear ever footstep. Grill could be updated. Burners not all working. Also a second fan would be nice for the second bedroom. I like to fall asleep to white noise. Love the location! We went on a balloon ride, went on epic hikes and 4x4 trail runs, saw the Grand Canyon, went on a train ride, horseback ride and saw a cowboy show all in 5 days! Loved it all.

Great location and amenities

This was a great landing place for our overnight stay in Sedona. The location is very convenient to restaurants, stores, and hiking trails. The amenities in the apartment were very good. There was one bed that was really creaky, and you could hear sounds and walking from the apartment upstairs. Otherwise, it was quite comfortable and relaxing.

This home is in a quiet neighborhood. It was a full 2 bdrm 1bath apt. All you would need to relax including the hot tub. Used the propane grill 1 evening & fixed breakfasts. Drip coffee pot & full size refrigerator. Plenty of towels & beach towels for hot tub

Great couple of days!

My boys and I super enjoyed this spot. It was private and also close to everything. We had a great time exploring and appreciated all the comforts, amenities, and convenience that came with Mackenzie’s spot! Highly recommend….just be prepared to not want to leave!

The place was clean and the kitchen was well-stocked. The host was very communicative and helpful. The rental agreement specifies "Quiet hour" between 7:00 am and 9:00 pm. My friend and I were in the downstairs unit. While we did not hear loud music or TV, there was quite a lot of foot traffic coming from upstairs at all hours of the day and night. On our second night, foot traffic woke my friend at 5:00 am. Also, this rental is in a residential neighborhood, so there is no view of the lovely Sedona.

Fantastic location, cozy stay!

We stayed here with our 3 young kids and it was fantastic! The space is great, so cozy with everything you could need — warm and inviting! The location cannot be beat, literally within 3 minutes of grocery stores, but in a quiet neighborhood. The hot tub was fun and clean! The first night we used it, we didn’t realize that it had been serviced that day and needed to be aired out prior to jumping in so the solution/chemicals made us itchy and we had to jump out after a short time, but every other night it was perfect and so much fun! The beds and pillows are great and I loved the convenience of having a washer and dryer. Host was attentive & lightning fast when we had any questions. Would absolutely stay here again!!
