Less than a 10-minute walk to the Chapel and to the Mystic, Chapel, Broken Arrow, White Line & Hog Heaven trailheads. Quiet neighborhood. “Dark sky` area allows stargazing at night from the property. Solar power system. New bathroom with Victoria Albert sinks. Darkening shades.
A completely separate section of a bigger house separated by a sound dampening wall. You will have your own private space with a kitchenette, two bedrooms with king sized beds, full bathroom and laundry room plus your own separate patio.
You will have access to the guest suite and the private patio connected to it.
The Chapel Vista neighborhood is in the perfect quiet location, close enough to uptown for a short drive to the best restaurants and shops but even closer and walking distance to some of the best trails Sedona has to offer. You’ll have views of the top iconic formations in all of Sedona. You may even encounter local wildlife including the adorable Gambel Quails and their chicks. Note: Please be careful and don’t feed the javelinas or any other wildlife in the area.
