Riverfront house on the Tippecanoe River- Yogi’s Den - upper level

The Lazy Bear is a 2 unit house. Upper and lower. Completely separated. If you book a unit, the only ones that can book the other can be booked by “Only “ your other family members or your friends. So you don’t not share outdoor amenities with strangers. This unit fits 2 adults and up to 3 or 4 children. Welcome to the Lazy Bear Retreat. Spend time in nature with the people who matter the most. Just sit and relax on the bank of the river. And listen to nature’s radio. Or the river is perfect for fishing, kayaking, and tubing. You can also enjoy s’mores at night with the campfire on the river. As a retired carpenter I found this as an abandoned shell. I finished and repurposed everything. From kitchen cabinets, countertops, doors, all wood trim, furniture, custom lighting, and beds. Also there is a 160’ zip line from the house to the river. Arrangements need to be made if planning to use for the kids to go down. Host will supervise. The BABY BEAR HOTEL is a bunkhouse for the kids. It has a full bed and a twin bed. It has sink with running water, refrigerator, microwave, hot chocolate maker, tv, dvd player, and air conditioning. There is also games, Legos, and Barbie dolls for the kids. Some adults have spent the night in it with their kids or grandkids. Also available are several fishing rods. Or bring your “ LUCKY “ fishing gear. There are 3 kayaks and tubes available. If you start at the LAZY BEAR, there is a river access to get out 2 miles down river. Which is about a 2 hour float. Make arrangements with host to get picked up.
