The space
This is a fully furnished studio apt minutes from downtown Raleigh and multiple large local hospitals. This property is located inside a larger single family home but there is no shared space. It is a private apt with its own entrance and porch. All utilities are included in this listing and the Studio has a full bath, kitchenette, dedicated washer and dryer, large closet and queen bed. We look forward to hosting you!!!

We highly recommend this very comfortable, attractive, and immaculate studio. It's well located in a quiet neighborhood about 6 min drive from downtown restaurants & venues. The host was proactive in communicating and check-in was easy.

It was a perfect place to stay. My daughter lives nearby and I needed a spot to come back to at the end of the day. Beautifully done with every amenity. Safe and so comfortable. Would definitely stay there again for another visit.

Great Studio

The studio apartment was in a great location in walking distance to a bodega and coffee shop. The host made sure we had everything we needed and we had a terrific stay.

Great Stay!

Property was in great condition (pictures were accurate). Owner was responsive. Quiet historic neighborhood. Downtown area was less than 10 minute drive.

Studio was perfect! Comfortable queen bed. Nice bathroom, perfectly clean. Big tv. Private, easy entrance from the street via side porch. We would definitely stay here again!!

Music Festival Getaway

Beautiful and comfortable place. Quiet street and very close to downtown! We took an uber some and walked to downtown some! Comfortable bed, everything you need. Loved the thoughtfulness of coffee and green tea available. Nice size fridge and beautiful decor. Much nicer than staying in a hotel. We will certainly return.

I loved staying here! The owner was very kind and sweet and the place is 100000% accurate to the pictures. Everything you need is there, but if you need anything, the owner is very responsive and helpful. The laundry utilities were very easy to use and the bathroom is clean and pristine. The sleeping arrangements are nice and cozy and everything about this place is amazing. I stayed for two months, so I definitely enjoyed this place a thousand times over. If I ever need a place to stay in Raleigh, I’m definitely coming back here!!!
