Comfortable and Quiet Condo near the Village and NC State

Renovated unit near The Village area of Raleigh! This unit has been totally renovated similar to our other available unit and has a new kitchen with quartz countertops and new appliances as well as a king bed, comfortable living room with small dining area. Bathroom is modern in design with a walk in shower. Unit also has a washer and dryer and all amenities you'd expect. The Village is an excellent location in Raleigh with great shopping, a starbucks, restaurants, gym, drug store and full service grocery store. 1983530 is our other unit that we own so please check it out too! Short term rental permit ZSTR-000045-2021

My wife and I stayed here, and had a fantastic stay! The home was cozy and comfortable. Communication with the host was great too - we received several great tips of local places to check out while we were in town, which we greatly appreciated!

Absolutely wonderful!

Location was so close to shopping and downtown. Grocery store less than 10 minute walk away! Property was as described. Clean, great memory foam bed, quiet, handy laundry in unit, kitchen well stocked with cooking items, great space for two people! Excellent communication with the owner!As mentioned in a previous review you can hear the occupant in the upstairs until walking around. Just minor squeaky floor boards. Noise was not excessive. We throughly enjoyed our stay!

Extended Stay

I was in need of a last minute extended stay in the area to take care of my college aged kiddo. This was the perfect landing spot. The owner was so accommodating to my urgent need for an early checkin as well as my request to extend an additional day due to flight issues. The location is fabulous, the complex is super quiet, and the condo is cozy comfortable and has everything you need for a stress free stay. Highly recommend.

Wonderful stay with a great location

We had a wonderful time with our most recent stay here. The property was clean, updated, convenient, and peaceful. The host was always available and quick to respond. The property is well maintained, updated, and very clean. Great location! Great place!

Good place

Good location, nice use of space inside, will stay there again. Only thing to know is there is a until above and you can hear the resident walking around.

Pride of ownership

This condo was a perfect place to stay while visiting family in the area. It was clean, quiet, easy access to highways, restaurants and shops. The art and decor made it feel like a high-end hotel, but much more homey. Will stay here again.

Great comfortable place

My wife and I came in for an NC State football weekend. Great proximity to campus, very clean comfortable place. Bed was very comfy! I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great visit to Raleigh

My husband and I visit Raleigh a few times a year to visit our son. The Villages area is our preferred location to stay and now Stephen’s properties will be too. The condo was in a great location, walkable to all stores and restaurants. It’s clean, fully updated, easy to access, comfortable furniture and bed, well stocked kitchen and large walk in shower. Highly recommended staying here!

Outstanding Village Stay

I stayed in this charming condo for 6 weeks. It is cozy, clean, well maintained and very well stocked for a long stay. It s located in a very nice part of Raleigh not far from downtown. You can walk about 5 to 10 minutes to The Village which is a collection of boutique shops, nice eateries, ABC store for alcohol purchases, a wine shop, a 2 story chick fil A, Harris Teeter grocery store. Nice king size memory foam mattress on the bed. I don't usually like memory foam but i.slept very well. Kitchen has a back-door that is steps away from your reserved parking space. It made loading and uploading a breeze. Modern appliances and washer dryer in unit. The owner/ host Stephen was superb. He had coffee pods, dishwasher pods and laundry pods(among a few other things) there to get you started. Great TVs.in.the main room and bedroom. Ceiling fans in LR and BR as well. He is a very responsive host. He even brought me a Brita water pitcher for the refrigerator. I highly recommend considering this property and will hopefully be able to.stay there on.future trips to Raleigh

Cozy property in great location.

Great location, short walk to Village District, NCSU campus, Pullen Park, and Glenwood South. Lots of restaurants and shopping. Friendly host. Comfortable property with all amenities.

We moved to Raleigh 24 years ago from Charleston, SC. We have loved the Raleigh area. Will is a GC and does home renovation in the area and I am a physician working at a local CRO. We have also renovated several of our own homes over the last 24 years. We really enjoy renovating properties for others as well as ones that we've kept and used for rental in the Raleigh area.

This is our 2nd unit in the same building in Raleigh that is located w/in easy walking distance to The Village and is about 1-2 miles from the vibrant Glenwood South area and NC State. There are various restaurants that are within walking distance as well as shopping, antiquing, and bars available. The area is an older/contemporary building and both units that we own are fully renovated with new kitchen/appliances and an open/modern to contemporary feel.
