The Las Calas Rojas development is super close to the most important thing on vacation – THE BEACH! You’re just a 1-minute walk to the surf and sand! The property is located on the entrance. You’re also a 2-minute walk to two large plazas that are home to many fantastic restaurants, a coffee shop, a grocery store, a day spa, and more! You’ll find many, many more restaurants as well as shops and 3 large grocery stores in Downtown Coco, just a 10-minute walk from your door.

Playas del Coco is just a 25-minute drive from Guanacaste International airport (LIR), near Liberia. Several supermarkets, fruit vendors, and more restaurants, bars, and shops to count. Enjoy a walk along the beach boardwalk or stroll the beach from point to point for a 3km walk. Many scuba diving, sport fishing, and sightseeing tours depart from Coco. You’re also close to several area day trip spots – waterfalls, hiking, hot springs, and mud baths, cultural experiences, and river tours. The other side of the condo boasts 2 very spacious bedrooms – the primary with a king bed with Smart TV and the second with a queen bed and Smart TV. The primary bedroom has a large en-suite bathroom and the second bedroom has a full bathroom just outside the door. The living room has a stacked washer/dryer hidden in the large utility closet space.

There is shared parking and a covered pool rancho with a community BBQ.
