You may have heard some “fish tales” before; however, it’s no exaggeration that this rental—REEL 'EM INN—will provide a truly luxurious vacation stay. Located in the desirable Destiny by the Sea gated neighborhood, the Gulf of Mexico is just two blocks away for your angling pleasure, with a private beach entrance and a convenient utility closet stocked with beach chairs. Also, a short walk away, there’s a community pool with hot tub close by to enjoy.

Expertly designed on three levels, the main first-floor area has a king-sized bed with an ensuite bathroom. There’s a twin-over-twin bunk room with Trundle bed, a toddler bed, and a convenient shower/tub combination. A handy mini-fridge and Keurig makes this area perfect for a family needing some space. There’s also a refreshing outside shower.

The main living area is on the second floor with a cozy, open-concept living and dining area. The beautiful indoor fireplace is meant for visual enjoyment only and is not intended for guest use. The kitchen is fully equipped with extremely high-end appliances to suit the most accomplished chef; plus, there’s a wine chiller for entertaining. An expansive balcony includes a grill to prepare your seafood bounty; plus, there’s extra seating for dining alfresco. In addition to a half-bath, this floor also has a king suite to include a deluxe walk-in shower and a convertible, twin chair bed. There’s also a full-size washer and dryer, as well as a sink, to accommodate the laundry needs of an active group.

The entire third floor is a dedicated, extravagant king suite. The ensuite bathroom has double spacious vanities along with a soaking tub and oversized, custom walk-in shower. Two thoughtful add-ons are a complimentary Peloton bike (guests log on with a personal subscription) and a desk area with a printer. The view from the private balcony is of the glistening Gulf waters, a perfect place for you to relax with your early morning coffee or bask in the incredible sunsets.

About the Community:

Located along Scenic Highway 98 on the Emerald Coast in Destin, Florida, this premier, Gulf-front, gated community has 24-hour security as well as a pristine, private beach. This private community association has contracted with Sun, Sand and Sea for beach service rentals, which includes beach chairs and beach umbrellas. Personal tents, umbrellas, baby tents, tarps, and canopy setups are not allowed per the association rules. Outside golf cart rentals are not allowed per the association rules. Wide walking and bike paths add to the ambiance of touring the area. Plus, guests can enjoy a lavish community pool and hot tub. The pool bathhouse includes changing rooms and showers for your convenience. Next door to this luxurious neighborhood is The Crab Trap. Its location is perfect for purchasing food and drink to enjoy while on the beach.

This area of Northwest Florida is very proud and protective of the natural environment. Guests are asked to use the beach walk-overs in order to protect the sand dunes. Also, please do not disturb the nests of sea turtles, which are quite prolific in the area. For your safety, be sure to be aware of the Flag Warning System, which is also accessible by text.
