Spring respite

Very lovely cabin with thoughtful interior accoutrements. All of the necessities were there to make a comfy stay. The views were stunning and we found plenty to do in Woodstock and surrounding towns. Great nearby eateries, too.

Quick Holiday Getaway

Family of four, including two twenty-somethings. The cabin was perfect for our group. Beautiful, easy to find, conveniently located, and well-equipped. Exactly what we were looking for as a spot to decompress and connect as a family of adults.

Greydon Cabin

Lovely, well appointed cabin on a picturesque spot. It is worth noting that the two upstairs bedrooms don’t have a bathroom on the same floor. Although our family was fine with it , it might be a problem with a mixed group. We would definitely book this cabin again

Great Cabin

Outstanding place to stay. Clean, quiet, and close to everything in Woodstock. A couple of things to note:The main bedroom is technically in the basement and the two other bedrooms are on the second floor. Just noting for those with kids.This property is listed as having air conditioning, which it does in the form of two window a/c units for the upstairs bedrooms. The basement bedroom stays cool but the main floor can get warm during the summer.

Kat is a Vermont native and has lived in Woodstock for over 25 years. I simply love it here and can't imagine a better community to call home.
In addition to hosting Greydon Cabin, I host 3 personally owned vacation homes in the area, operating as our family owned company, Gray Barns Properties.
Kat will personally prepare the house for your arrival, assuring your stay is perfect in every way.

Woodstock village is known for its wonderful restaurants, boutique shopping and the arts. Fall foliage season is always stunning in Vermont and of course world class skiing at Killington and Okemo resorts and local Saskedena Six. Horseback riding at GMHA, world class golf at Woodstock Country Club and other nearby resorts, antiquing, great mountain biking and hiking trails are all part of the appeal of this wonderful region.
Visit Marsh-Billings National Park, take a short drive to nearby Quechee to hike Quechee Gorge, visit VINS raptor center or enjoy a great meal and glassblowing at Simon Pearce or one of the many great restaurants in our region. The list goes on!
