Welcome to our bright and spacious 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom suite in beautiful Rocky Ridge, Calgary. This comfortable lower-level space offers a full kitchen, separate entry, in-suite laundry, and driveway parking, plus access to the home’s sauna and pool for a relaxing stay. Guests are also welcome to use the ski and bike storage during their stay—perfect for mountain adventures.

Located across from a lovely park and surrounded by scenic mountain views, the suite is close to everything you need. You’re just minutes from the CTrain, Crowfoot Trail, and Stoney Trail, making it easy to get anywhere in the city. It’s 10 minutes from WinSport Olympic Park and only 40 minutes to Banff, making this an ideal base for both city activities and outdoor exploration.

Walk to grocery stores, restaurants, and the nearby YMCA, which features a wave pool, skating rink, basketball courts, and a skate park.

We had a great day! The location is excellent and close to everything, the space was spacious, cozy, and very kid friendly. It was comfortable for the whole family and felt like a home away from home.would definitely stay again!

Although reviews are limited to 1,500 characters, we wanted to share some feedback from our 202Jul stay:Guests should note that key exchanges must be arranged in person rather than using a door code. The advertised mountain views appear to be photographed from the upper level; they are not visible from the suite where guests stay.During our stay, the driveway was occupied by the hosts' vehicles, so the advertised driveway parking was unavailable and we relied on limited street parking.The suite lacked some basic furnishings for four guests. There were no dressers or shelves for clothing storage, and bedside table arrangements in both bedrooms were inadequate. Climate control was also unavailable to guests, and temperatures varied significantly. Moisture levels were high enough that towels dried slowly, requiring regular use/emptying of the provided dehumidifier.The main bedroom window lacked an effective screen and the curtains provided limited light blocking. The second bedroom does not have a proper egress window.Several advertised amenities were missing or unclear, including games and a microwave. We were initially provided only two towels despite booking for four guests. Kitchen supplies were minimal, and some cabinet hardware was broken.In the backyard, a wooden shim protruding at the patio stairs presented a safety hazard for children. The pool and other outdoor amenities are shared with the hosts.Overall, the experience did not match the listing expectations.

Our listing clearly identifies the accommodation as a private lower-level suite within our home, with certain outdoor amenities, including the pool area, shared with the hosts. The mountain views shown in the listing are from the property and surrounding area. We personally meet guests at check-in whenever possible to ensure they have everything they need and to answer any questions. At check-in, we realized that not all towels had been placed in the suite prior to your arrival, so the additional towels for your group were provided immediately. During your stay, we did not receive any concerns regarding parking, temperature, amenities, maintenance items, or any other issues, and we would have gladly addressed them had they been brought to our attention. We continuously maintain and improve the property and will review the items mentioned in your feedback. Our goal is always to provide a clean, comfortable, and accurately represented stay for our guests. We appreciate your comments and wish you all the best in your future travels.
