Gulfview Condo 75 Steps to the Beach - 1st Floor

Tastefully decorated condo, move-in ready. New sofa with a recliner, dining table and counter bar. Living room and bedroom have wall-mounted flat screen televisions and the kids love the build-in bunk beds. Condo complex has 1 pool, Jacuzzi and Grilling area located at the back of the complex. Central air with fans in all rooms, fully-equipped kitchen and it is located on the first floor with easy in and out with luggage and groceries. The beach is 75 steps away and privately used by condo guests only. No worries about sharing the beach with too many people. Just bring your beach towels and bathing suit. We also have beach service that includes two beach chairs and umbrella. Wireless internet, cable TV and great cellular reception are just a few of the amenities in our condo. The Silver Sands Outlet Mall is within 2 miles and Pompano Joe's on the Gulf is within walking distance for lively seafood dinners. The check in time is 4:00 pm and the check out is 10:00 am. You will need to be out no later than 10:00 am due to our cleaning crew for our next guest on your departing date. Must be 25 years old to rent. Sorry, we love pets but they are not allowed in our condo. No smoking. Sleeps four.
We have added beach services (2 chairs and umbrella) this year.
We do not allow trailer to be parked on the premises...

Father's Day Weekend Getaway

The location was great—just a short, easy walk to the beach, which was clean, quiet, and absolutely beautiful. The apartment itself was spotless and well-maintained, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly attentive and responsive, checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway!

We had a wonderful visit. And the location is perfect. Close to shopping and great restaurants. Not far from Destin or the outlet malls. We will definitely visit again.

Great stay

We had a wonderful time staying at this condoIt’s very clean and has everything you would need. Frances was the best host I ever had. Always responded back right away. Extra chairs in condo are great and even sand toys. This condo is close to lots of things.

Best condo in Miramar

The condo is perfect! Very very clean and has restaurants within walking distances. Beach is 75 steps from front door. Fran is the best. We will never stay anywhere else!

Great location & friendly host!

We absolutely loved our stay! Super convenient to the beautiful beach and pools. The chair/umbrella service was fantastic! Kids liked the bunk beds and we were quite comfortable. Condo was quiet even though many families were staying there. Definitely would return. Thanks, Fran!

Stay was amazing!

My husband and I had a great trip here. Very convenient to the beach. The condo was really clean. Everything you would need is included. The property manager was available immediately if we had questions. We will definitely be coming back. Amazing stay!

Best condo in Miramar

It is always very clean. It has a home away from home feel to it. The kitchen has everything you need to cook. The bed sleeps so good. Its very quiet and very family oriented. We will not ever stay anywhwre else. Fran communicates very well. She is the BEST! She always makes our stay the best.

Fantastic!

What an excellent location. With 2 young boys it was so practical and roomy! The beach access is just as described! We could come in for lunch and go back out all afternoon. The owners are great to rent from! Will definitely rent again and refer all my friends!

Best condo in Miramar Beach

This is by far the best place to stay in Miramar Beach. It's super clean, just the right size, and perfect location. The beach is across the street and u can see it from the porch. The owners are the best! They communicate quickly and are super sweet people. They make you feel like family and it's our home away from home.

Nice Miramar Condo close to the Beach

We had a great week at the Emerald Coast. The condo location and layout worked well for us. Plenty of pool and hot tub time at this location. It is so close to the beach you can visit many times a day. Private access is convenient. Everything in the condo is clean, comfortable and modern. Plenty of room for just us two. We would highly recommend, and look to return again.

Best condo in Miramar

It is the best condo in Destin. It is perfect. Its very clean and makes you feel like you are at home. Mrs. Fran and Bruce are the best. They communicate with you from the time you book until your trip is over. We will never stay anywhere else. It is for sure our home away from home. They are the best!

Perfect Condo

This condo was absolutely perfect for our family of 3! We could not have chosen a better place. The beach access is so close and eating places are within walking distance. The condo is so cute and on the ground level. The owners are fantastic. Fran was very quick to respond when you had a question and super friendly! Thank you! We had an amazing time!

Wonderful Condo

We stayed over Memorial Day for a week. The condo is very nice, clean and well maintained and in a great location. We loved having the heated pool and hot tub very close. It was so close to the beach at it felt like a beachfront condo and we easily carried over beach chairs and lunch everyday. I was concerned about the pool right outside the bedroom however at 10:00 PM sharp everyone went home and it quieted down. The owner was easy to work with and we will definitely stay here again.

Perfect for Beach Vacations

The condo is perfect! It is clean, well equipped and the interior is beautiful. The absolutely best thing is the location! Only a few steps from the best beach we ever had in the USA! White Sands and cristal clear blue/green water! Also the communication with the rental owner Fran was very fast and good. I can recommend this condo to everybody. We loved it and we come definetely back! Thanks a lot to Fran for this nice holidays!

Absolutely Perfect

Fran was incredible and the condo exceeded our expectations! We hadn't even left yet and my husband already asked me to reach out about next year. The condo was in the perfect location and provided a nice private beach access that remained a lot less crowded than other beach areas. It was all honestly perfect for our family. Laundry is nearby and the pools were perfect as well (although we mostly just enjoyed the beach). We will 100% be back and will book with Fran again!

We absolutely loved staying at Fran’s place!! Fran was also a fantastic and thoughtful host. We stayed for our honeymoon and in the fridge Fran left a card, two Destin wine glasses that we could keep, and two bottles of champagne. Very proactive with giving information and responsive to my questions. The unit was beautiful, cozy, and clean. The beach was just steps away which was perfect. So much to do around both easily by walking or driving. Bonus that there were nice beach chairs and a beach umbrella in the unit for us to use. 10/10 recommend staying here. We can’t wait to come back!

Another great stay at Gulfview!

Fran's condo was absolutely great. Gulfview is a great spot at Miramar Beach with the proximity to the beach and some of the best restaurants around. The unit was very clean and furnished nicely. The included beach service is nice as well and much appreciated, as some units it isn’t included. Fran was very friendly and easy to communicate with. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!! The only "complaints" we had were The patio could use a small fence or gate, very exposed to anyone walking by or in the general area. Could also be updated with a digital door lock vs an old fashioned key. These aren't deal breakers by any means just info for anyone looking.

Excellent owners, great apartment and beautiful private beach

First of all let me just say that the vrbo host Fran is super nice . We were supposed to check in on a Tuesday and she emailed us and told us the apartment was clean and available on Monday and offered it to us a day earlier (complementary). The apartment was super clean, kitchen well stocked and the location is right across a private beach that was never really crowded in that section. We used their very nice beach chairs and umbrellas. We cooked some meals in and walked over to crab shack some nights. We had the utmost relaxing and wonderful time and for sure will be back !

Just perfect

Everything was absolutely perfect. Stocked kitchen, comfy beds, beautiful view, next to the pool. Close to everywhere we wanted to go. Fran is so friendly! We are hoping to stay here again soon! Thank you for everything!

My husband and I are both retired. He retired from our great Army after 20-plus years of service and I finished a career with the federal government in 2006. Destin, Florida is our favorite place on earth and we bought this condo in hopes of sharing our joy with others. Enjoy!

We fell in love with Destin and all of its amenities - emerald-Caribbean waters, the whitest sands on the planet and the easy-going beach lifestyle. Our condo is convenient to all of the restaurants; bargain-shopping outlets and the beach that we decided to buy this condo for rental purposes so our special guests can enjoy the pleasures of Destin, Florida.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

The unique benefits of our property are that we are on the first floor (a corner unit) - no stairs! Also, we are mere steps from the beach. Our unit is tastefully decorated and close to all of the fun that Destin has to offer! Cancellations must be done not later than 30 days of arrival date. No refunds will be provided with less than 30 days cancellation notice.
