Came to Seattle for a weekend trip with my mom since she had never been and this was a really great place to stay overnight. The check in process was super simple and the host was quick to respond to any questions. It has a. ute private area and the hot tub was so nice!
The tiny house is nestled in the back of the property with small pond and garden. Place was clean and well stocked. Bed was comfortable and air-conditioning worked well. Host was quick to respond.

Just know that this is a very tiny house, and it was not advertised as a tiny home when I booked. It was quite small and my husband & I are taller people, so we had to bend over while upstairs. The outside was not tended to, the path is overgrown and honestly a little scary as you must walk past another house to get to this property. The hosts did communicate well, but this was just not as pictured. Also, the hot tub is an inflatable tub. Be aware that you will be sharing this lot with 3 other houses/rentals. There was also loud construction happening close by. We did not even stay there because we didn’t feel safe.

Check in was easy, location was decent. Lots of spiders and bugs in the unit. AC unit leaked horribly, leaving the property smelling musty. No curtains or blinds, bed is directly on the floor and the click clack couch was covered in dog fur. Photos on listing are not recent. Place was overgrown with dead fish floating in pond. A dog toy in the freezer? When we got in late and I message the owner about the water leakage he was prompt to respond. We ended up leaving early due to conditions. Owner agreed to give us our money back for 1 or the 2 nights. It has been 2 weeks and I have yet to see that money or able to get a return response.

Check in process was a breeze but there were several issues with the property. Upon arrival the back area is overgrown and has had no upkeep, the inside is similarly unkept. Utensils were unclean, bedding seemed as though it had been sitting in a closet for several months, and the sideboards on the stairs had water damage which was probably caused by the leaking AC. The walls and TV had strange splatters on them. Amongst all of this there was a spider problem and the owners decided to have a party at their property up front and took up our parking spot leaving us to find parking at 12am. Reviews are obviously being deleted.
