The backyard on the water was wonderful, great seating and views. It was so peaceful and beautiful. We enjoyed the hot tub almost everyday. The host was very responsive to any communication. The house was ultra clean and the layout was so conducive to a group of people. We had guests for a few days and they absolutely loved it. Definitely book again..

A wonderful stay for our daughter’s wedding in New Bern. Great location as the reception was at the Maola. Clean and comfortable with breathtaking water views! Many memories made with our family!

Fabulous place to relax and enjoy the scenery. The sunrise each day was totally amazing and with that came all kinds of birds, ducks, seagulls, you name it! If you love bird watching you will love it here. Lots of fun things to do if you have kids who get bored easily. Everything was perfect, we would definitely stay here again if only we lived a shorter distance away!

The perfect getaway!

David has thought of everything to make a well stocked rental for a memorable stay. The view was incredible and the house was cozy and charming. New Bern is such a fun town with shopping, great restaurants and an interesting museum. 10/10 would stay again and recommend to friends!

Riverfront Weekend

We stayed here for my niece's wedding and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the New Bern area. Great bonus was after booking, we found out that the wedding venue was just a 10-minute walk from the house!

Best place to stay in New Bern

The house was clean upon arrival and well stocked. The view from the back of the house is stunning. We enjoyed taking sunrise and sunset photos. If you are looking for the perfect place to stay in New Bern, stay here!

Perfect family house.

Our family called it the river house. It was a perfect place for our family reunion. We loved gathering in the large kitchen which looked over the water. We will book again if we have another reunion in New Bern !

Wonderful Family Stay (again!)

We like to stay at this lovely property when visiting my parents who live in New Bern. The kids are always excited to return as they love the bunk room, the play space in the garage and the backyard. My husband and I love waking up and enjoying our coffee with beautiful panoramic views of the water. Always a joy to return to this special place!

Waterfront Serenity!

This place was everything as advertised and completely lovely. Our family had an awesome time, and although it was rainy and cold one day, we managed to get one of the kayaks out at one point. Plenty of space for 3 couples and 3 kids. Really an awesome place and experience.
