The large bathroom offers a walk-in shower and large vanity. Kitchen is equipped with cooktop, microwave, and keirig coffeemaker. Queen size bed in the bedroom. Flatscreen TV and record player in the spacious living room. Retro MCM vibe but entirely brand new. WIFI and linens provided.
*This is a second story apartment and has a flight of stairs on the outside to enter. No smoking and no pets

Lovely apartment, perfect for the two of us. Visiting our son who lives nearby and this is so much better than staying in a hotel. Walkable neighborhood, within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Any travel needs potentially forgotten were provided. Everything was very cozy, clean and tidy. Nancy was easy to reach and responsive. We will definitely be back.

The property sits close to all the major New Bern attractions, and was exactly what we needed for our stay. The space was spotless, well appointed and very comfortable. There is a large combined kitchen/living room area, a bedroom with a queen bed and a spacious bathroom. The rooms are very attractive...you can tell a great deal of care and thought was put in to how everything went together.Plenty of parking on street and in the driveway to the left of the main house. Nancy is super responsive in communications, and we had the pleasure of chatting with her and her husband while we were there. A great place to stay in New Bern!

A lot of stores and restaurants are close by. Very nice dish ware and cookware in case you want to cook. Everything was organized and felt clean!

We have been using VRBO worldwide for around two decades, and this was one of the best we have stayed in! Truly five minutes from the waterfront and five minutes from all the amazing, tourist shops! One morning, we exercised down by the waterfront and it was just breathtaking. Places that have a view of the water are much more expensive so this allowed us to have more funds for our vacation to spend on food, entertainment, and things to take home! This apartment had everything we needed, was quiet, and spotless. The bed was so comfortable… as good as the one we have at home. Many thanks to these owners for creating something truly special. We will return.

We love showing off our neighborhood of Ghent. We moved here 10 years ago and have found a wonderful neighborhood that boasts historic homes and a vibrant community that enjoys porch sitting and gatherings.

What makes this property unique

A little bit of mid-mod among the historic homes of downtown, It is brand new, close to downtown and Lawsons boat launch, right off 70. We are onsite if you need anything but also far enough away to not be seen
