Great place to stay for our quick trip to Albany for a graduation. Nice clean accommodations and the bed was comfortable which is always a plus!

Terribe communication and smelled like smoke.
I booked this VRBO then had to cancel due to having to take care of my father, as my other sibling already had an obligation during this weekend. I went back in to cancel 1/2 hour later and it it would not allow me. I could lose my money or change the weekend; I changed it. Because we were not going for a specific reason, I asked the host for suggestions, she DID NOT REPLY. When we got there it was not clear where we could park, lots of no parking signs, so I asked her and NO REPLY until we were about to check out. Host cited "glitches in VRBO system". While the apartment was, mostly clean, it stunk of cigarette smoke. My husband is asthmatic and this caused breathing issues. We voiced this to host, who again did not reply until check out. The bed was hard as a rock, furnature equally as uncomfortable. There was a plastic wine glass with brown substance on it that was put back as being clean. The location is very slummy and I did not feel safe walking at night. I will not be using VRBO and certainly never be staying in this particular VRBO ever again. I do not recommend this location for accommodations.
Our flight arrived at 12:30 and we were fortunate enough to get an early check-in, that process was very easy. The location was great, it was a quick & safe walk to the Albany Capitol Center and the surrounding shops/restaurants. There were just a few small issues: The sofa bed in the living is too small for an adult to sleep in but it is suitable for a small child. The seating is very limited in the living room, so some of us were spending most of our time in the bedrooms and there are no TVs in the rooms, it would be beneficial to have TV mounted in the bedrooms. The closest doors in the 1st bedroom were off the rail, so we couldn't open/close the doors. The AC units are remote controlled and the 1st bedroom didn't have a remote, so we couldn't adjust the temperature. The internet went out the 2nd day we were there, I messaged Linda to help troubleshoot it but she never responded. Overall, the stay was pleasant aside from those small issues and we did enjoy our time in Albany.

Cute little apartment perfect for what we needed it for. My daughter (8 yrs) and I traveled in to Albany for the TSO concert and needed a place to stay. The apartment is so cute and very clean and comfy. If you aren't from the area, I could see perceptions of concerns about safety but my daughter and I walked to and from the arena and felt perfectly safe. Communications with Linda were great. Check in and out was easy peasy. We will look to book again if we return to Albany.
We used this as a crash pad for a local pub crawl for three adult men. Advertised for six adults but there were only two queen size beds and the sofa depicted in the listing was gone. One of us ended up crashing on the floor. Otherwise the place was clean and accurately advertised. Would have been 5 stars if the sofa was there.
Place was clean and perfect walking distance to the MVP arena. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay.

Property is very nice, spacious, and clean. Overall a great stay and great experience! The property is also very close (walking distance) to MVP arena which was so convenient for our trip. Would definitely recommend it.
I would review the apartment if we could have gotten in, however we weren’t given the chance. We arrived in a super shady area of downtown Albany, and the key code to the lockbox was wrong. We couldn’t access the apartment, reached out to the owner, and never received a response. Almost 24 hours later and we still have had no response. We were traveling w our 3 little girls and went and got a hotel instead since we needed somewhere to sleep. Thankfully customer service refunded our money and we’ll know better for next time.
We really enjoyed our stay in Albany in this historic building - everything was as described in the listing. There were two of us, which was perfect for this apartment, as each of us had a private bedroom but also a place to convene with our coffee in the morning.
The location cannot be beat - it was easy walking distance too all of Albany's downtown sites and amenities. Several great bars and restaurants are less than a block away, including Hill Street Cafe, The Excelsior Pub, and Cafe Capriccio. All were open (even on Monday!) and had good food and excellent service. We were just sorry that the Bull and Bee Meadery (in the same building) was not open on the days we were there (Sun - Tues.)
We highly recommend this place if you are in town to see the sites. We would definitely come back here if the opportunity arose!
It was very cute, worked perfectly for our overnight stay after a concert at MVP Arena, which we were able to walk to.

Sleek, clean and beautiful interior design. Has all the necessities. Located in a great spot in albany, with food spots and grocery stores within a walking distance. The Host was a extremely nice and respond very quickly to any questions or concerns I had when I was there. 10/10 would recommend any solo to four persons (only if they’re willing to share a bed) to book this place.
This apartment was absolutely gorgeous - easily the most beautiful spot we have had rented. Great location - we walked to see the Empire State Park in the morning and it was a lovely way to kick off our trip. The apartment was tiny but great for a one-night stay. The couch in the living room was the 5th sleeping spot, and it was very short, so luckily worked for one of the kids - that would have been our only issue if we hadn't had someone small enough to sleep there (the listing says double couch bed, so maybe we just weren't clever enough to figure out how to open the couch!). Overall, a truly wonderful place to stay and we appreciated being able to spend the night in such a lovely spot.

Clean, quiet, and comfortable. Kitchen, bathroom, and AC units were new and very nice. Accommodations were as pictured. We had 3 adults, and it was a bit crowded, but fine. Four adults would be too cramped. Outside door is on Philip St, NOT Hamilton. Neighborhood was a little rough, and no good groceries nearby.
This was a nice place. I would stay again if it was just me, but the mattress sagged in the middle with 2 people on it! The a/c units were a challenge to get going but Jay popped in and showed us how they work, and after we finally got them going they worked fine.
Clean and neat with appropriate amenities with a great location in walking distance of MVP Arena. Great as a place to land and sleep when visiting for an event. We also utilized the kitchen to cook a meal ourselves on our first evening and everything we needed was available. The table/stools were a little precarious, but overall the experience was excellent.
