Great Vacation

The listing was accurate and listing manager communicated quickly and efficiently. Our only concern was minimal shower towels and dryer not properly drying. Overall, we loved it and would book again!

Beach resort and more

The property was as advertised and delivered on all levels. Staff were helpful and there was plenty for us to do. The location and reduced traffic compared to other similar areas along the GulfCoast made this trip one that we thoroughly enjoyed and a place we look forward to visiting again in the near future.

Great stay for Easter 2024!

Another wonderful place to stay while in Pensacola! This condo had wonderful views! We enjoyed our stay at your beautiful condo... the host was accessible and very helpful. This condo is decorated very nice and was so comfortable! Thank you!!

Condo was great! Perfect location on the property. Resort however could have been a little better. The staff was incredibly friendly. However, the restaurants/coffee places opened later in the morning and closed early. Being located further from restaurants than we typically stay, we hoped to do most of our dinning at the resort. Unfortunately, the food was NOT good. We order steaks one night and they were very close to the worst we’ve had. The pizza was just ok. There were 6 of us and that’s exactly how many towels we were given…for 5 days. When we needed more we were told that because we booked through Vrbo and not Portofino when we needed towels we were told we needed to contact someone else. Needless to say we just washed what we had. Our issues were minor but still inconvenient. We would book this specific condo again however we would prepare a little differently.

Summer beach trip July 2019

We have vacationed at Portofino since 2013, so we are very familiar with the accommodations. This was our first time in a 3 bedroom condo, and the additional space was nice.

Nice enough but needs redo

Pictures looked better than it was. Outdated and aged furnishings, bedding, and towels. Floors were very dirty. Grill dirty and did not work. Two of three TVs were gone or broken. Kitchen exhaust fan and backsplash for cooktop were coated in grease. This unit is in need of a very deep cleaning and complete redecorating. I wanted to rebook for a reunion in the spring but I will look elsewhere.

Amazing vacation rental!

This is the perfect place for a trip to Pensacola! The room was absolutely beautiful and very clean when we arrived. This room has a beach and bay view due to the wrap around patio. The primary room has a huge walk-in closet, stand up shower, and jetted bathtub. The room attached to the sitting area has a door directly to the patio with a direct view of the beach. The third room was supposed to have a king bed but when we arrived it had two double beds which threw us off a little-the listing states two king beds and we only had one. No big deal but I just think the listing needs to be updated. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of dishware and kitchen utensils. We really didn’t cook too much but it came in handy for quick meals, left overs, etc. Tower 4 was really quiet while we were there. We didn’t hear neighbors or anyone which was nice. The entire check-in/out process was so smooth thanks to Kathy. She was wonderful to communicate with and was incredibly prompt to reply. We will definitely stay here again next time we return to Pensacola.

Beautiful Beach

If you are looking for a great location this is it! We enjoyed easy access to the beach and the array of heated pools! The restaurants and coffee shops on site are a plus! We enjoyed the pizza on our last night. Our unit was spacious. If you are looking for a place to cook food and plenty of room to sleep this will be perfect for you. We ran into a few issues - dishwasher didn’t clean - had to hand wash dishes - no biggie though. One of the showers struggled to drain. One of the hair dryers didn’t work. Our patio was missing cushions on one of the chairs. Overall, it worked for us though!

This condo is perfect from the open floor plan to a view of the Gulf and portofino amenities but lacks attention to several items to make this a nice unit. Attempted to engage homeowner after we found the pillows but no response even though very responsive and accommodating prior to arrival. From what I thought was a standard expectation, these items must not be important to previous guests as these have been neglected for a while. Here’s the rundown: all pillows are stained and turning yellow to brown from use - no pillow protectors, mattress pads are the same - stained and yellow from use, the smell and look of these will disgust you, floors are filthy and in need of a professional tile cleaning - feet turn black within minutes, one guest bedroom doesn’t lock and the other one has sliding doors that an average person couldn’t open on their own, living room rug is old and stained but goes well with the dirty floors, no linens left for sleeper even though a sign is left next to couch saying where they should be, fridge ice maker and water dispenser are non-operational (looked back at an older review & the problem with the ice maker previously was not addressed before our stay) and general maintenance items are due: caulk, touch up paint, shower rods rusted, shower curtain hooks missing, cabinets slam, and light bulbs out or mismatched temperature bulbs throughout unit. Pictures were taken of some of these Tried to contact the host and no response.

Wonderful!

Excellent property at a wonderful resort. We enjoyed the view, the comfortable beds, the balcony, pools, inflatable obstacle course, and customer service. The only negative was the ice maker was broken, but everything else in the condo was perfect. We’ll be back again!
