Absolutely breathtakingly gorgeous! Could not have had a better view or the space been decorated better. Two simple things- because this would make all the difference in the world. The bath mats were really dirty and worn out in the master bathroom and the sheets were worn out on the bed in the master bedroom. It was gorgeous and the property was perfect!

Perfect Family-Friendly Getaway!

We had a great stay at this Portofino Island property. It’s incredibly family-friendly, the neighbors and staff were was so welcoming and kind. The views from the balcony were amazing, and the spacious layout provided plenty of room for our family of five to spread out and truly relax. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend!

Thank you for your review. We’re glad you enjoyed the property and the resort—our goal is always to make stays memorable. At booking, only the number of adults in your group was provided. VRBO requires all guests—adults and children—to be listed so the property can safely accommodate everyone. We reached out to confirm the total number of guests because the HOA requires this information prior to arrival. We also wanted to ensure there would be no issues at check-in or with exceeding the condo’s occupancy, which is limited by fire code. The condo is furnished to comfortably accommodate six guests, with an exception for an infant. Adding four guests over that limit was difficult to accommodate. Once it became clear your group exceeded the condo’s capacity, we offered either a partial refund or the option to book a second condo to ensure everyone could be accommodated. We’re sorry for any misunderstanding about the occupancy guidelines and hope you’ll consider returning for another family trip to Portofino.

From start to finish, our stay was Amazing! Spacious and beautiful decor in bedrooms, living room, kitchen and balcony area provided such an enjoyable time with our family. All the amenities were more than expected!! We felt the pampering by poolside food and drinks!! My husband and I enjoyed the state of the art machines in the fitness center! Overall was one of our top vacations!

Views for the win! Decorated beautifully! Bed in primary like a marshmallow/ not good for us but maybe someone. Fairly clean except the floors. Everyone had dirty feet constantly. Yikes. Fridge freezer drawer wonky. Chipped plates. Bakeware not clean. Sheets and bedding lean and nice! Crisp towels all serviced. No beach towels or any beach equipment whatsoever. Heated pool non existent. We went for spring break so beware unless you like icy cold. Again/ views for the win! Gorgeous! The poolside bar and restaurant were both good. Staff super friendly and gift shop/coffee shop convenient and cute! Good coffee.

This kind of feedback is incredibly helpful as we continue to fine-tune the guest experience. As for the pools, the outdoor pools are heated, but they don’t reach hot tub temperatures. With the cooler weather during your stay, we understand how that could feel a bit chilly. The indoor pool is kept warm year-round and is a great option for spring visits—we’re glad you had access to that as well. We took our annual family vacation this year to Pensacola. We are coming back here next year too The condo was amazingly gorgeous, and very clean, the property staff were very helpful and accommodating. You would never have to leave the facility if you didn’t want to. The kids loved it and so did the adults.

The unit is beautiful! We did have some issues while we were there for a week in September. There were a number of light bulbs that needed to be replace and the kitchen faucet was barely worked. Had to call maintenance several time to fix these issues. The owner said that the faucet would be replaced but after our stay; we make it work.
