No hot water

Although everything was good but there was no hot water to shower, or properly wash dishes with hot water to help kill germs. I come to find out that the water supply is powered by solar energy and is apparently on all homes in this area. It was raining and gloomy majority of my stay and only had little warm water to shower with one day of the 4 nights i spent there. There was no backup to the solar powered heated water in order to have hot water even when the sun is not shining bright and hot for the solar power to work properly. I was very disappointed for this was not my 1st time saying in that area and i travel to Jamaica very regularly. Now that i know what i know about how the hot water works i will not be staying in that area or spending my hard earned money there when i visit Jamaica. Outside of that the neighborhood is quiet, beautiful and a nice place to visit but i need hot working water.

Hello Corey, Thank you for sharing your experience. We appreciate your kind words about the neighborhood and regret the inconvenience with the solar-powered water supply. We're actively exploring options to enhance our hot water availability during less sunny days. Your feedback is noted and appreciated.
