The perfect size for our group of 10. The large kitchen made it easy for us to sit and plan our day in Dublin while eating breakfast. Being walking distance from Temple Bar was a huge plus.

Good location within a short distance to the downtown core. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The place was a bit older but tidy and had a well stocked kitchen which was really nice. We had a big family group stay and everyone enjoyed it.

Good location with about a 15 min walk to get south of the river downtown. Very clean, lots of space. Felt safe.

Our family of eight, 5 adults and 3 teen girls, thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The home was very clean and comfortable, including the beds. Bathrooms were clean and well supplied with towels and soap. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking and eating meals. The washer/dryer were in great shape and laundry soap was provided. The location was excellent!! So easy to walk to the city center and many of the attractions that tourists want to visit. The host was very easy to communicate with and responded quickly to questions we asked.

This place was incredible! Incredibly clean and exactly as described. It was incredibly easy tonwalk all over Dublin or to hail a cab from this property. I would highly recommend it. Although we never needed to contact the owner he was readily available for communications and that was comforting to know. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone and if Iever come back to Dublin I will look at this property first!

Whole family in Dublin

Great house. Plenty of beds. Nice modern bathrooms. Kitchen was easy for cooking. Close to 2 bus stops. Would rent again :)

Amazing place for a good time in Dublin

Our stay was great from check-in to check-out, and only have great things to say about this place. Great location, walking distance to city centre (15 min) and such a quite and cosy area with a park nearby. Great host, who were very flexible and responded quickly on requests throughout our stay. Nice big kitchen, dining area and etc. Could keep on going, but all in all a great place for larger groups in Dublin.

The property layout and floor plan was very uncomfortable. Living room was made into a bedroom with no closet and 4 twin beds. There was literally no place to congregate other than the kitchen- no where else. I won’t stay here again. Host was responsive, kind and available; the property layout was just very uncomfortable. Property was old just inconvenient. No tv in any room except kitchen and no Netflix capable.

Thank you William for your review. The main house was built in 1880 and is heritage listed so unfortunately there is little I can do with the layout I am afraid. There is no living room nor do we advertise that we have one,we advertise that we have a kitchen/dining room as in combined and as the images on our listing show. The downstairs bedroom with the four single beds has an open wardrobe with sufficient hangers and space plus a chest of drawer's. There are no TV’s is the bedrooms as again we don’t advertise that we do but the TV in the kitchen/dining room is Netflix compatible. It is very clear from the images and the description of this rental what we do offer. William I suggest you do your research before booking a rental that clearly states in the description and the images what is on offer and book a rental that caters for your specific needs. Great location for getting in/out/around Dublin. We had a large family group and the property, particularly the large kitchen with adjoining patio, and two baths made it a good fit to accomodate our needs. Owner was very helpful. Providing lots of tips about the property, local suggestions for pubs, cafes, etc. One thing to be aware of is the kitchen is the group "hangout" area, as the extensuve slerping arrangements fill up the rest of property, so ther is no living-room, type area, but the kitchen, again, largely fills this need.

Pros: This beautiful Dublin house easily accommodated our group of 8 adults. Roomy, clean, very well furnished kitchen and bathrooms. Close to numerous transit options and a 15 minute walk to the centre. Hop on hop off buses arrive at Parnell Square, a 5 minute walk. Cons: The hand soap and shampoo, very kindly provided by our hosts, were extremely difficult to use for aging hands. Each one of us found it difficult to use. A small thing, I know, but we confronted this several times a day. Under 40 persons, please ignore.

Huset var virkelig god med god beliggenhed og perfekt for en familie som vores med tre teenagers, bedstemor og to voksne børn med ægtefæller. Der var tænkt på gæsterne. der var the, kaffe, sukker, kakao, salt , peber olie etc. i huset, så dette ikke behøvedes indkøbt. Eneste men var, at kommunikationen med værten startede sent - en og to dage før ankomst. Men den var til gengæld fin, da den startede.

Really Great Place - Cozy - Perfect Place For Our Family

It's a great place - small bedrooms with narrow staircases but really cute. Kitchen was great - we could gather at the large kitchen table at night, play games and discuss our day of sightseeing and make plans for the next day. I loved the neighborhood - a bit of walk from city centre but easy. Place was very clean, beds, sheets, pillows were perfect. Issue with one toilet, Wifi/TV and safe but Simon and Fabi were great at getting someone over to the place quickly - and he offered us a few free taxi rides (Richard was awesome!) as a way of saying sorry. Very kind of him. Would stay there again!

Great House

6 friends stayed at the house during our time in Dublin. The check in process was flawless and the house is absolutely charming with plenty of room for privacy. The kitchen is fabulous and is where we always gathered at the end of the day to share our experiences. At first a couple of our friends were disappointed in the area the WiFi would cover, but we soon discovered not having great coverage in the kitchen was a blessing since it meant we all just gathered around the table an nobody was looking at a phone! Great house and we would all highly recommend it. We stayed in a number of properties while on our trip and the communication with the owner was by far the best!

Good Stay because of Great Customer Service

In general, we enjoyed this place. It was cozy and perfect for my family. We stayed mostly in the dining/kitchen area. The location is closed to everything. We can just walk to places most of the time. Fabi, who welcomed us, Valerie, the cleaner and Simon, the property owner are all very friendly and helpful. Thank you to all of them and we truly appreciate all their efforts in making our stay a comfortable and enjoyable one. Although not everything was perfect (e.g. washer and dryer were not working), we were happy with their great customer service. At the end of the day, this is what set them apart in this business.
