Welcome to this cozy condo conveniently located near Summit County's main attractions. The Keystone bus line runs practically at your doorstep. Access the mountain within minutes for sports & activities. The resort villages with shops, restaurants, rinks, and firepits are a short walk or bus ride away! This unit is located just outside the hustle and bustle of the Keystone resort and ski villages. You'll enjoy the serenity of the surrounding woods and easy access to trails in West Keystone!

Please note that we will require guests to sign a rental agreement policy prior to their stay. If guests are in violation of house rules or policies, additional fees will be assessed.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Please turn off any non-digital thermostats such as in the upstairs bathroom. Used towels may be gathered and left on the bathroom floor.
Remember to gather all personal belongings, while also returning the "pool" card and ski-rack key (if used).
We hope you had an excellent stay, please lock up and depart by 11:00 AM.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No smoking or pets of any kind are permitted in or on the property. Violators will be fined $500. This is a dog friendly complex for owners only.
If the Clubhouse/Pool key is lost or misplaced, guests will be charged a $75 lost key fee.

My 2nd time staying at this property. Great experience overall. Property is in excellent condition and has everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Quiet location but also only a short shuttle ride away from the ski area.

You cant beat this place

I have traveled to Keystone numerous times and tried different types of lodging. This place far exceeds anywhere I've ever stayed. The location, the accommodations and the hosts are actual perfection. I wont ever stay anywhere else.

Winter wonderland

Nice and spacious unit. Quiet neighborhood to help you rest after a long day of skiing or hiking. Great location. Less than 3 min walk to a creek or to Keystone Gulch hiking trails. Shuttle stop to the resort is close by which is very convenient and what I used the whole time during my stay.

Amazing place/Affordable price

We came here with our two teens and had a blast! This place sleeps 4 comfortably, has beautiful views with large windows, and easy access to the slopes! I loved the gas fireplace where we could come in after a long day in the snow and enjoy a cup of hot chocolate. The kitchen had everything that we needed to cook full meals and enough room for a weeks worth of groceries! The hosts were extremely welcoming and responded quickly to my inquiries.
