Excellent home, extremely inviting and host left a delightful basket of snacks and goodies. Very clean and organized. We enjoyed our master room balcony. The backyard is beautiful and I wish we had more time to stay to truly enjoy. Loved the coffee bar set up and a stocked seasoning cabinet. Provided to gathering areas that felt like home and allowed for family conversations and fun! Great location close to the AT&T stadium. We enjoyed our stay and would absolutely choose this home again.

CFP OhioState vs Texas

Great location for attending games at AT&T stadium. Property is clean, modern and well equipped. Comfortable beds. If weather had been better we would have enjoyed the wonderful backyard and firepit. Highly recommend.

This property was so ideal for us. We had three teenagers and us parents. James had incredible communication. Check in was easy and went smoothly. The location was perfect. It was extremely clean, there were many amenities that we used. We couldn’t have been happier! Thanks for a great place to stay.

Perfect Spot

Very nice townhome in great location in downtown Arlington. Perfect to catch a Rangers or Cowboys game and only a few mins to restaurants. Would stay here again.

Excellent stay

We had an early funeral on Saturday so our family drove in on Saturday from various cities in Texas. My Aunt and Uncle really liked the accommodations. We did not want to stay in a hotel, this way we could pick up dinner and share it all together with in quiet atmosphere. The gift basket was thoughtful and appreciated! We would highly recommend.

Wonderful property

We stayed for a week and I could not speak more highly of the property and of James the owner. Everything was perfect - the house is magnificently comfortable and spotlessly clean, James was super helpful and responsive and the local restaurants and bars are top notch. We attended concerts at the AT&T stadium as well as a Rangers ball game, which were both only a short walk away and I would recommend this property to anyone. Thank you James!

We loved our stay !

First , beds are so comfy , We all really enjoyed our stay , plenty of room for everyone :) plenty of towels , blankets and even an ice maker :) very clean, very modern and updated :) There were 6 of us - My husband and myself, my 25 yr old twins, one brought his gf, and then my youngest son (15) .. they played go fish for 2 hours , tons of games provided , we think we even saw a karaoke machine !! Easy to find on google maps and super close to Six Flags !! We will definitely stay again if available !!

College tours/short get away

We planned to tour UT Arlington and wanted a close home with close proximity to FT worth (had friends there). Beautiful home. I have 4 kids. My 1 son slept in the upstairs “loft” space. Had a huge TV…he was happy. Other 2 bedrooms without TV fyi. Beds were comfy, no complaints from anyone. Master bedroom nice, you will get woken up early by sunshine coming thru top transom window. Bathrooms great, pretty. I would have wanted a glass door in the master bath, it’s open-it’s a very deep shower but not enclosed. Washer and dryer an added plus, definitely used and worked perfectly! Tell the cleaning crew to empty the lint rack-omg had so much lint in there 😱😳 Kitchen awesome. We make our meals, breakfast and dinner and everything works. Never had a fancier kitchen, I’m jealous. It does need MORE STEAK KNIVES. I’m sure things get lost/taken as a rental but definitely need more. Plenty of cooking utensils and fridge is huge. Very cool portable ice maker-that things works like a champ. There was a welcome basket with wine, chips, crackers…….Thankyou! Backyard was very nice, patio area nice. We didn’t use the grill. Had a driveway and garage to park, but we have a large minivan…..didn’t park inside. Our van took up whole driveway. There is no home alarm. The neighborhood is older, revitalized. Overall A+ stay

Vacation with Grandsons

This was purely a fun trip with our three grandsons. Three full days of fun to Six Flags, Waco Surf, the museum of Science and History in Ft. Worth plus the Stockyards. This property is ideal for a family. It is in a very quiet/safe neighborhood and convenient to the main roads that take you to AT&T, Globe Life stadiums and Six Flags. The house itself is very new with all the amenities you need for a nice stay. James was very easy to communicate with. A very nice Welcome Basket with fresh fruits and goodies was appreciated by all. I highly recommend this property.

A hidden gem in the city

First of all, let me say that this house is absolutely stunning. From the moment I stepped inside, I was impressed by the attention to detail and the high-quality finishes throughout the home. The hardwood floors are beautiful and the updated kitchen is a dream come true for anyone who loves to cook. The appliances are top-of-the-line and there is plenty of counter space for meal preparation. One thing that really stood out to me about this house was how spacious it is. There is plenty of room for a family or a group of friends to spread out and relax. The bedrooms are all generously sized and the bathrooms are modern and well-appointed. The living room is comfortable and inviting, and the large windows let in lots of natural light. Another great feature of this rental house is the location. It's situated in a quiet, residential neighborhood that's just a short drive away from all of the attractions that Arlington has to offer. Whether you're in town for a game at AT&T Stadium or a day at Six Flags Over Texas, this house is the perfect home base. Finally, I have to say that the property management company was fantastic to work with. They were responsive and professional throughout the entire rental process, and they made sure that everything was in order for my stay. I would highly recommend this rental house to anyone who is looking for a beautiful, spacious, and well-located home in Arlington, TX.

Beautiful stay for a weekend ballgame!

Had a group of friends stay Friday and Saturday to catch a ballgame. Great accommodations. Very comfortable place! Quick Lyft/Uber to the game. Very easy! Highly recommend and will stay here in the future!

A VERY NICE, CLEAN HOUSE WITH ALL THE AMENITIES WE EXPECTED. I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS, THE BEDS OMG......SUPER COMFORTABLE WE SLEEP LIKE ANGELS. EVERYTHING VERY WELL ORGANIZED AND ACCESSIBLE FOR YOUR STAY. THE ONLY THING I WILL COMPLAIN BECAUSE I DIDN'T FIND SALT AND PEPPER TO MAKE US EGGS FOR BREAKFAST HAHAHA........BUT THAT'S NOTHING I THINK MISS CARLA COULD MAKE IT UP NEXT TIME. (*NOTE* YES, WE WENT TO THE STORE FOR THE EGGS AND OIL BUT WE FORGOT THE SALT LOL.....) UNA CASA MUY BONITA, LIMPIA Y CON TODAS LAS COMODIDADES QUE ESPERABAMOS. Property clean … online says check in time is 3 however it’s 4… code not given til after four after I reached out to management… no face cloths … location ok however limited parking and no street parking … top bunk only holds up to 100 lbs so not suitable for our party teens … would have liked common seasonings like salt and pepper/ would have preferred to put dishes in dish washer … master bed was very comfortable and decor was nice

Arlington spring break

Beautiful property! The mattress on the master bedroom was wonderful. Beautiful touches throughout property. Plenty of room for a big family (family of 8). Will stay again if back in Arlington.

Beautiful Home in a Fantastic Location!

The location was fantastic, as was the garage parking. It was so nice to be able to walk to restaurants and the stadium! We appreciated the clean, high-quality bedding and towels - and the fact that there were plenty of them! Also, the supplies provided were really appreciated: we had ample toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish and laundry detergent, and even shampoo and conditioner. The decor in the home was beautiful. The upstairs balcony was really enjoyable, and we loved the games that were provided. The owner was attentive and responsive and was happy to do whatever we asked to ensure we had a pleasant stay. We had a really good experience, and would stay here again!
