75 acres of private land – including:
• Tranquil and quiet rural neighborhood with low traffic
• Beautiful winding trails throughout the entire property
• Bear Creek runs through the back-end of the property
• 2 ponds on the property
• Property dimensions (800 yards deep by 465 yards wide)
• All types of wildlife including, but not limited to: Deer, turkey, pheasants, rabbit, squirrels, fox, and coyote.
. Home completely stocked with everything no need to bring anything other then food to cook.

• The back patio is 16’x24’ and includes patio furniture and a grill for you to enjoy

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please inform me that you have checked out. And if possible if you can start a load of towels in the washer would be greatly appreciated.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please put back washed utensils and games all and other item back where originally found. Outside deck furniture covered ever night.
No parties or any type of events. If expecting guests for the day please notify in advance.
If using the shooting range waiver must be signed first and shells picked up at the end.
