A small single story home with a full basement located just minutes from the historic village of Frankenmuth and the Birch Run Outlets. The home has three bedrooms on the main floor and a sleeping area can be made in the basement. The back patio is enclosed with bushes that allow for guests' privacy.

Frankenmuth is a tourist travel destination where the Old Bavaria can be felt throughout the entire village. Frankenmuth hosts the world's largest Christmas store, Bronner's Christmas Wonderland, an indoor water park and weekly festivals and gatherings. The Birch Run Outlet Mall features more than 100 stores and is the largest outlet mall in Michigan.

Gorgeous home located so close to main attractions in Frankenmuth. Spacious kitchen and beautiful back patio. Plenty of space to spread out across the home for sleeping spaces.

House wasn’t cleaned well before we got there and host told the next guest they could show up and we had another half hour to be out.

Thank you for your review. I will discuss the cleaning with the cleaners and make sure things improve. The people that came early were members of the reservation holder's party and were not supposed to come that early, but i understand that you let them in. We will comtinue to work to improve.

Nice space for the kids and nice gathering space for everyone. Good communication with host. Host was flexible allowing us to leave our small trailer in the driveway prior to check-in so that we could visit shops more easily.

We have stayed here 3 years in a row, it’s a great location, close to town and Birch Run outlet mall. We did feel it was not as nice as it used to be.

It was a very nice home and very close to the mall and to shopping Frankenmuth. Loved all the sleeping areas and the den area. The only downside is we felt the house could have been a little cleaner. The bedrooms needed a vacuuming there were crumbs on the floors. The kitchen table was dirty and had fingerprints all over it. The bathrooms were spacious but the toilet area needed a little more cleaning.

This was our second time staying, we love the location and and overall the house is nice. However, this visit we noticed a few issues. Master bathroom was missing the toilet paper holder, just two holes in the wall where it should have been. Also, there wasn’t any toilet paper on the master bathroom. Very little liquid hand soap in the main bathroom, and there was only three of us so we didn’t need much but more than a quarter of the container would have been fine. Lastly, there were issues with the television. On Saturday when we first tried to use it, we had to wiggle the cords on the back in order to get any sound. Seems to work fin the rest of the night, but on Sunday when we turned it on again, it didn’t work no matter what we tried. Didn’t necessarily ruin our trip but it was still disappointing and frustrating.

I am sorry for the issues that occurred during your visit. We provide all paper products and i am sorry that none was placed in the master bathroom. There is a backup supply n the main bathroom. I am also sorry about the soap and television. If we had known when you were there we would have advised that we keep extra soap under thd kitchen sink and we would have reset the television. Again, sorry, we will continue to work to improve.

Wonderful Stay

Family of 10 in town to celebrate daughters wedding weekend. The home accommodated all of us easily. We even had the photographer, groom, groomsmen, and father of groom (8 total) come the day of the wedding to get ready and take photos in the front and back of the home, and it went perfect! Would highly recommend this home.
