The 2nd story unit sits on the corner of Iris and Ryan Street overlooking the courthouse and Museum grounds. Occupants must be able to climb a flight of stairs to access this unit.
We are in walking distance to restaurants 1910, Luna, Tia Juanita’s, OB’s, Lagunas, Millennium Park, Lake Charles Pier and amphitheater, Courthouse, Stellar Beans coffee shop, Candace Alexander studio etc. etc.

Driving from Texas Hill Country to Louisiana with foreign exchange student. So the two rooms were perfect with separate bathrooms. A few blocks to downtown where we got to go into some cute shops. Will definitely stay here again. It is the best stop best beds best everything.

Waking up to a farmer's market across the street was lovely, hosts were very responsive when we had a question, the apartment was much larger than we anticipated and would have comfortably fit more people.
